We are currently looking for highly motivated and talented professionals to join our team in the position of ASTROChange Management Analyst & Content Developer 

As part of the ASTRO Project Team, dedicated to implementing Salesforce CRM, Bullhorn ATS, and Certinia PSA, the Change Management Analyst will play a pivotal role in creating engaging, user-friendly content to support ASTRO training and adoption. You will design communication materials, training guides, in-app resources, and other support materials, ensuring users understand and engage effectively with new tools and processes. Additionally, you will participate in Change Management tasks, supporting adoption efforts, change planning, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Content Development: Design and develop comprehensive training materials, including presentations, user guides, in-app guides, FAQs, newsletters, and exercises that promote ASTRO adoption and drive user engagement with Salesforce CRM, Bullhorn ATS, and Certinia PSA.
  • Training Material Maintenance: Create and update training materials for each release update to ensure relevance and accuracy.
  • Lemon Learning Management: Manage and update in-app guides using Lemon Learning to provide users with clear and intuitive support for each system release.
  • How-To Video Creation: Develop engaging "how-to" videos to complement training materials and enhance user understanding.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with internal stakeholders, project managers, and subject matter experts to tailor content to meet the needs of users across various roles.
  • Training Support: Assist and Support the Training Lead with the coordination and planning of training sessions, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with project objective.
  • Evaluate Effectiveness: Work with the Training Project Lead to assess training impact through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, making necessary adjustments to optimize outcomes.
  • Change Management Tasks: Support Change Management activities, such as Change Impact Analysis, Stakeholder Engagement, and Adoption Planning, to ensure seamless user transitions and sustained engagement.
Key skills, qualifications and experience:
  • Content Creation Expertise: Exceptional skills in PowerPoint, Word, and video creation to design clear, engaging, and professional training materials that enhance user understanding and engagement
  • Attention to Detail: Ensure all materials are accurate, clear, and aligned with the project’s objectives and quality standards
  • Independence: Self-starter who can work independently, manage tasks proactively, and solve problems with minimal guidance
  • Communication and Presentation: Ability to present complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences
  • Interpersonal Collaboration: Effective team player able to work with cross-functional teams across cultural and geographical boundaries.
  • Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced environment, showing resilience and flexibility in handling ambiguity. Candidates should demonstrate resilience, flexibility, and a willingness to embrace change while maintaining a positive attitude and focus on achieving results
  • Passion for Learning: Commitment to continuous learning and empowering others.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Fluent English: Essential for cross-regional collaboration
  • Minimum of 3 years in content development, training, or change management, with a track record of delivering effective training and support materials
  • Familiarity with software implementation projects or system upgrades, especially in a corporate setting
  • Ability to work across time zones to support users globally
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification is an advantage
