Villeurbanne, France Apply for RoleEn tant que Responsable Mission Technique Workplace (Device Manager), au sein de la Direction des Systèmes d'Information et le service Infrastructure & Opérations, vous êtes le pilote et le garant de la bonne application des processus en lien avec la gestion des matériels et logiciels bureautiques. Vous assurez la performance et la fiabilité des outils bureautiques en proposant des améliorations et plans d’action.
Vous pilotez les fournisseurs en lien avec l’environnement de travail informatique et êtes l’interlocuteur privilégié des utilisateurs business clés.
Vous garantissez la coordination, le suivi de la résolution d’incidents et gérez les situations complexes.
Vous garantissez la fiabilité et la performance des outils bureautiques et la mise en place des plans d’action visant l’amélioration continue du service
Vous définissez, pilotez et mettez en place des procédures pour l’assistance aux utilisateurs.
Vous participez activement aux projets informatiques émanant de la stratégie ITD du groupe en accompagnant les changements nécessaires vis-à-vis du business The Adecco Group.
Compétences requises :
Niveau d’études : Bac +3/5
Maitrise d’une langue requise : Anglais professionnel
Maitrise d’outils informatique :
Expérience souhaitée : Fonction accessible à ceux possédant une expérience opérationnelle dans le domaine considéré.
Savoir-faire :
Capacité d’analyse et de synthèse
Compétences techniques dans le domaine Workplace (outils bureautiques : matériel et logiciel)
Gestion de projets
Connaissances générales de l’environnement IT du groupe / Connaissances des principaux métiers du groupe
Maitrise des concepts ITIL (process incidents, accompagnement du changement, problème, demande)
Expertise dans les plateformes Microsoft telles qu'Intune, Azure et Endpoint Manager.
Savoir-être :
Qualités relationnelles et diplomatie
