Au sein de la DSI, le domaine Middle Office pilote les solutions informatiques utilisées principalement par les équipes support des GBU en France, ainsi que par les clients utilisant des outils VMS dans le cadre de l’intérim ou du recrutement permanent. Ces solutions couvrent notamment la facturation client, la paie des intérimaires et les obligations légales.
Nos équipes interviennent sur l’ensemble du cycle de vie des outils : conception, mise en œuvre, maintien en conditions opérationnelles et support.

Le Solution Manager est l’interlocuteur IT de référence sur son périmètre. Il garantit le bon alignement des solutions avec les besoins du Business, en veillant à leur performance, leur évolution, et leur maintien opérationnel. Il agit comme moteur de la transformation digitale et de la fiabilité IT. Il peut encadrer hiérarchiquement une équipe dédiée.

Vos missions principales :

Management :

Organiser l’activité de l’équipe et piloter son plan de charge
Accompagner le développement des compétences
Participer aux choix des prestataires et à la contractualisation
Coordonner les échanges entre IT, Business, Production et autres acteurs
Garantir la qualité des mises en production et la résolution des incidents

Relation Business :

Être l’interlocuteur privilégié des Key Customers
Développer un climat de confiance et de collaboration
Proposer des optimisations métier et IT
Définir et piloter la roadmap des solutions de son périmètre
Mesurer la satisfaction client, piloter les plans d’action
Gérer les incidents majeurs et les escalades

Gestion de projets :

Garantir l’alignement des projets avec les standards IT (sécurité, architecture, méthodologie)
Assurer la production des livrables à chaque étape
Superviser ou encadrer les équipes projet
Piloter les engagements en termes de coûts, délais, qualité
Identifier la meilleure approche de delivery (forfait, agile, T&M)

Maintenance et évolution :

Assurer la stabilité des solutions et prévenir toute régression
Animer les comités Business, arbitrer les demandes d’évolution
Gérer les évolutions transverses de bout en bout
Suivre le budget de maintenance des solutions de son périmètre

Reporting :

Suivre l’activité via tableaux de bord et indicateurs
Analyser la qualité de service et initier les améliorations nécessaires


Compétences requises : 

Niveau d’études :  Bac +3/5

Maitrise d’une langue requise : Anglais professionnel

Maitrise d’outils informatique : 

Expérience souhaitée : Diplômé d’une formation supérieure (Bac+5 en diplôme en ingénierie, commerce, ou dans un domaine lié à l’industrie spécifique). Expérience significative sur un poste similaire. Fonction accessible à ceux possédant une expérience des métiers de Solution specialist.

Savoir-faire :

·        Conduite de projet et animation de réunions,

·        Connaissance des référentiels (qualité, ITIL),

·        Méthodologie (bonnes pratiques ITIL, COBIT, ...).

·        Gestion de planning,et des budgets, coordination des activités.

·        Maitrise des processus Métiers,

·        Maîtrise des Service Level Agreement,

·        Optimisation des procédures et processus de la prestation,

·        Capacité à travailler en multi-domaines, multi-technologies, multi-marques, multi-TOM (Target Operating Model)

Savoir-être :

·        Capacité d’animation de réunions

·        Habileté à conduire un projet dans un environnement complexe et changeant, avec des interactions tierces.

·        Pragmatisme

·        Qualité relationnelles et capacité à convaincre

·        Rigueur, organisation (méthodologie) et gestion des priorités

·        Travail en équipe, Pédagogie et sens de l'écoute

·        Prise d’initiative.
