Overview
Our next-generation HR & Talent Advisory business helps organizations navigate the evolving dynamics of leadership, culture, talent, and change. We work with senior leaders to solve their most complex people challenges and we are building the intellectual backbone that will power this work for years to come.
We are seeking a visionary Vice President, Global Head of Services, Knowledge & Innovation to design, lead, and scale a function that will define our intellectual capital, shape our client offering, and drive market differentiation. This role will set the global direction for how we develop new ideas, bring them to market, and embed them into our client engagements.
You will set the vision, build the infrastructure, and embed a culture of innovation and excellence — ensuring our advisory services remain ahead of client needs and industry trends. This is both a strategic leadership role and a hands-on builder position in the first year, with full authority to design and implement the systems, standards, and offerings that will define our global advisory edge.

What you’ll do
Key Responsibilities
- Define the vision, structure, and roadmap for the Advisory Services & Innovation function, ensuring it drives competitive differentiation, client value, and business growth.
- Lead the creation of high-impact Points of View on core human capital topics such as leadership, organizational design, culture, change, and talent strategy.
- Develop and maintain a portfolio of proprietary frameworks, methodologies, diagnostic tools, and solutions that can be applied globally.
- Integrate emerging technologies, including AI, machine learning, and data analytics, to enhance service delivery, insight generation, and innovation.
- Partner with consulting teams to capture insights from client engagements and translate them into scalable offerings.
- Commission and conduct original research, market intelligence, and trend analysis to anticipate client needs and inform future services.
- Make recommendations to engage with and collaborate with academic institutions, think tanks, and industry bodies to expand the firm’s expertise and visibility.
- Work with Marketing to transform internal innovations into compelling external thought leadership.
- Represent the firm externally at conferences, forums, and client events as a recognized leader in human capital advisory.
- Engage in client-facing interactions for marquee accounts, contributing to relationship-building, solution design, and delivery excellence.
- Represent the firm in strategic conversations with high-value clients, supporting proposal development, scoping, and opportunity identification.
- Hire, lead, and develop a high-performing team with capabilities in research, productization, and storytelling.
- Champion a culture of curiosity, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the organization.

About you
Qualifications
- 10–15+ years of experience in management consulting, knowledge management, research, or enablement—preferably within human capital, HR, or organizational advisory.
- Proven experience creating knowledge assets: POVs, methodologies, frameworks, playbooks.
- Ideally strong in-house HR experience as a buyer or strategic decision maker, thus having a good understanding of the competitive landscape, client challenges and buying criteria.
- Demonstrated success in building or scaling a knowledge or consulting enablement function.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and cross-functional influence skills.
- Expertise with knowledge systems (e.g., SharePoint, Notion, Confluence) and information design.

Compensation: $180,000 - $220,000 per year plus bonus
Placement within this range is determined based on geographic location, experience, and other compensatory factors.
Benefits: Employees who opt into benefits as part of full-time employment include medical, dental, vision, term life and AD&D insurance, short-term and long-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits, wellness plans, and a 401k plan or a non-qualified deferred compensation plan. Available paid leave includes Personal Time Off (PTO) on an accrual basis per year, Paid Holidays, and up to 6 weeks of Paid Parental Leave.PTO and holiday hours are prorated based on hire date within the calendar year.
