The role: 
The primary responsibility of this role is to provide professional project management for of EZRA’s solution and product offerings in the management of large-scale, custom, client programs and projects. This role will collaborate with a global team to lead all aspects of project implementation, from requirements gathering through close, ensuring a smooth rollout that exceeds client expectations. This role will mentor, coach, and lead other project management professionals.
Academy Global Project Manager provides project management services that build and support the expansion of customer relationships, simplify the complexity of delivery of contracted services, and ensure a high-quality experience for clients. The ideal candidate will be motivated and passionate about leading large, and complex projects, have a strong customer and revenue focus, proactively collaborate, champion project management best practices, and be comfortable operating within a high change and matrixed environment.


What you’ll do: 
  • Provide project management leadership for the delivery of complex, large-scale projects for several clients, in collaboration with the account team, and program manager, where applicable
  • In collaboration with sales and solution, define project post-sale using charter, scope, and detailed requirements documentation and practices
  • Facilitate the set-up of the project to ensure the customer expectations, outcomes, and benefits are aligned to project(s) delivery processes, program tracking, and reporting
  • Set up detailed project governance, clearly define roles, and structure to ensure effective project delivery process
  • Provide client-facing support at the project level to ensure project team is aligned, deliverables are met, and issues are escalated and resolved
  • Ensure appropriate project resourcing at global, regional, and local levels to support program outcomes and project deliverables
  • Define and manage project plans, schedules, RAID logs, and other work trackers
  • Collaborate to define, write, review, and execute communications with project team, customer, and participants
  • Collaborate with key project stakeholders to ensure delivery alignment and seamless customer experience
  • Create governance, stakeholder management, and communication plans
  • Serve as primary project management escalation point for projects and stakeholders to ensure swift resolution and action planning
  • Facilitate key decision making, issue resolution, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement activities
  • Control and manage project changes (schedule, scope, expectations, cost, issues, risk)
  • Track and report on the customer benefits, outcomes, metrics, KPIs
  • Accurate and detailed set up and monitoring of project, delivery, and financial information
  • Mature the discipline of project management through utilizing, mentoring, and educating stakeholders on best practices
  • Perform scheduling and logistical project management duties, as needed
  • Leverage resources effectively across the organization to maximize project efficiencies and continuous improvement of the function
Develop others
  • Project managers are expected to mentor other team members including providing mentorship, educating on project management practices, and assisting with onboarding
  • Consult and educate project stakeholders on the role and function of project management for the L&D vertical
What you’ll need:  
  • 5+ years of experience managing customer projects, global project experience preferred
  • 5+ years of relevant industry experience and/or background (i.e., HR, learning, higher education, organizational development, etc.)
  • Leadership & Development industry experience is highly desirable (e.g., HR, HR consulting, human capital, workforce planning, leadership development, HR assessment, business coaching, talent management, redeployment)
  • Demonstrated experience mentoring and onboarding others
  • Project management training and/or certifications, able to apply various methodologies
  • Demonstrated experience defining project-based processes which improve efficiency
  • Builds effective and engaged teams, with a focus on people-first and development/coaching
  • Able to provide direction and effective delegation and prioritization for self and project teams
  • Very strong detail orientation, ability to track project delivery information. Ability to simplify and communicate themes from a large amount of manual details.
  • Analytical and able to design and execute dashboard reporting that drives decision making
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships, influence others, and manage conflict
  • Active listening and questioning skills, able to understand and integrate customer perspectives and expectations into project work
  • Comfort moving forward in an environment of high change and ambiguity
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Acts proactively, resourcefully, and independently, including comfort leading and operating in project teams at all levels within an organization
  • Tech savvy with user experience on internal and external L&D, sales, and PPM technology / tools (e.g., PSA, Salesforce, Clarity, MS Project, PowerAutomate, PowerBI, etc.)
  • Intermediate-to-expert use of MS Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and MS Teams/Sharepoint
  • Willingness to execute work at all levels, as needed for supporting customer success
  • University degree strongly preferred
  • Written and spoken English fluency required, fluency in a second language within geography strongly preferred
