TAG is going through an exciting and ambitious transformation of the Procurement and Real Estate (P&RE) function and organization in order to increase the impact and value delivered by P&RE in TAG globally and increase customer experience.The Procurement & Real Estate Manager, together with the team, will have a pivotal role in contributing to maturing the way we work, our expertise and ability to execute both globally and in countries as one team to eventually ensure the successful realization of TAG strategy and business goals.

The Procurement & Real Estate Manager will support and collaborate to the implementation Procurement and Real estate practice and execution in North America across GBUs, functions and categories, and contributing to the execution of the same in strict collaboration with Business stakeholders, Procurement colleagues, other function and external suppliers. The role entails expertise and experience in Procurement practice and will act both as a business partner vis a vis local colleagues and as executor for specific tactical sourcing and procurement initiatives, to ensure maximum benefit and achievement of business goals.

The role will require excellent relationship management both internally and with external suppliers, good commercial acumen, excellent analytical skills and very strong in the use of Excel, good negotiation skills, a project management mindset and the ability to work within a complex matrix environment.

Responsibilities

Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

Provide support for the Procurement & Real Estate Teams at the Adecco Group NA Headquarters in Jacksonville, FL.

·Job board license administration for all job boards and NAM, CAN.
Identify license usage optimization opportunities and address these with stakeholders.
Provide monthly usage reporting by BU to Accounts Payable.
Requires in-depth training and close connection to NAM internal customers and AP!
Continuously identify opportunities to reduce our job board spend

·New supplier onboarding due diligence work.

·Tracking buying desk tickets (SNOW). Coordinating submission of tickets. Follow-up with stakeholders (Finance, CIO, Buying Desk, Legal, Security, Admin). Identify supplier signatories. Submitting contracts for signature (on exception basis for items not processed through SNOW)

·Manage the collaborative creation of Requests for Information (RFI)/Requests for Proposal (RFP)/Request for Quote (RFQ) and issue the appropriate resulting documents directly to vendors in accordance with company policies and compliance requirements.

·Analyse spend data by vendor, category, and business unit and identify opportunities to drive efficiencies.

·Produce, track and report the real estate optimization savings.

·Assist Procurement & Real Estate Team with landlord and supplier invoice research activities.

·Produce ad hoc reporting as needed.

·Take ownership in working with internal and external teams that before mentioned responsibilities are met.

·Actively and proactively cooperate with Procurement colleagues in category management, other countries, SSC and CoE and to unleash potential optimization opportunities, synergies and efficiency across.

·Act as a role model for collaboration, integrity and professionalism both in internal and external relationship with supplier.

·Proven knowledge and experience in sourcing, procurement, negotiation and supplier relationship in the relevant category

Responsibilities

Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

Travel Management Backoffice support

·Registration of new employees in Concur travel site.

·Assist with automation initiatives.

·Ticket exchange controls.

·Routing of international and out-of-policy travel approvals.

·Ad hoc reporting requests.

·KPI reporting on {Travel and Travel Expenses}

Manage sourcing related back-office programs such as:

·Reporting of small and diverse business supplier spend

·Manage cell phone allowance program.

·Manage purchased drinking water programs for 260 branches.

·Manage document retention requests and the document shredding program.
Analyse current vs. appropriate shredding needs and pick-up frequencies by location.

·Produce quarterly KPI reports critical North America supplier base.

·Develop User Guidelines for our Procurement Stakeholders

·Research supplier invoices that are escalated to Procurement via AP Team

·Actively and proactively cooperate with Procurement colleagues in category management, other countries, SSC and CoE and to unleash potential optimization opportunities, synergies and efficiency across.

·Act as a role model for collaboration, integrity and professionalism both in internal and external relationship with supplier.
