Als Talent Management Specialist speel jij een cruciale rol in het creëren van een inspirerende werkomgeving waarin collega’s zich blijven ontwikkelen. Je helpt ons bouwen aan een toekomstbestendige organisatie met een Winning Culture, waarin groei en ontwikkeling centraal staan.
Wat ga je doen?- Coördineren, organiseren en voorbereiden van interne trainingen. Denk hierbij aan registratie, logistieke planning en communicatie met deelnemers, fieldtrainers en andere stakeholders.
- Faciliteren van trainingen en onboardingprogramma’s, zoals onze maandelijkse Basecamp, waarin jij hét gezicht bent voor onze nieuwe collega’s.
- Creëren en delen van content over ons online trainingsaanbod op TAG University, en beheren van de registraties in ons digitale platform.
- Ontwikkelen, actualiseren en bewaken van de leerlijnen binnen Adecco Group Nederland.
- Coördineren en kwaliteitsbewaking van verplichte certificeringen, zoals het VCU- en SEU-examen en de BHV-certificering van onze medewerkers.
- Hbo werk- en denkniveau.
- Affiniteit met een veeleisende, dynamische en commerciële omgeving.
- Ervaring op het gebied van het geven van trainingen is een pré.
- Sterke communicatieve en coördinerende vaardigheden.
- Goede adviesvaardigheden.
- Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
- Een werkweek van 32 tot 40 uur per week.
- Een salaris van € 3.698 en € 5.874 bruto op basis van 40 uur per week.
- Aantrekkelijke secundaire voorwaarden: bonusregeling, pensioenregeling met een lage werknemersbijdrage (3,25%) en 5% ADV toeslag in het eerste jaar. Vanaf het tweede jaar mag je je ADV ook opnemen.
- 25,5 vakantiedagen en 8,33% vakantiegeld.
- Leaseauto, die je ook privé mag rijden.
- Laptop en telefoon.
- Een zelfstandige baan waarin jouw eigen inbreng wordt toegejuicht.
