Wat ga je doen?Als Talent Sourcer speel je een cruciale rol in het aantrekken van nieuwe talenten voor Adecco. Jij bent degene die ervoor zorgt dat we de juiste mensen vinden voor onze interne functies en hen enthousiast maakt om bij ons te komen werken. Dit gaat voornamelijk om mbo-/hbo- profielen.
Dit is wat je kunt verwachten:
- Sourcen en benaderen van kandidaten: Je zoekt actief naar de beste kandidaten voor onze interne rollen binnen de Adecco Group.
- Gebruik van jobboards: Jij gaat doelgericht aan de slag op platforms zoalsLinkedInenIndeedom de juiste profielen te vinden.
- Opvolgen van leads: Je neemt de leads die voortkomen uit marketingcampagnes serieus en zorgt ervoor dat geen enkele kans onbenut blijft.
- Creatief sourcen: Jij bedenkt nieuwe en innovatieve manieren om kandidaten te bereiken en uit de markt te halen.
- Telefonische en digitale intakes: Je voert de eerste screenings via telefoon of video, en zorgt ervoor dat de kandidaten een uitstekende eerste ervaring hebben.

- Een uitdagende functie voor 32 uur per week.

- Jij krijgt de ruimte om jouw recruitmentskills verder uit te bouwen met vakinhoudelijke trainingen en een persoonlijk ontwikkeltraject.
- Een aantrekkelijk startsalaris tussen de€ 3000,- en € 3400,- bruto per maand op basis van 40 uur per week, afhankelijk van ervaring.
- De mogelijkheid om door te groeien binnen het recruitment vak en je carrière verder vorm te geven binnen een wereldspeler als The Adecco Group.
Voor deze functie zoeken wij een talentvolle sourcer met een hands-on mentaliteit. Je hebt al enige ervaring opgedaan in het recruitment vak en je bent klaar om je verder te ontwikkelen in deze dynamische functie.
- HBO werk- en denkniveau.
- Enige ervaring in het recruitment vak.
- Je beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel telefonisch als digitaal.
- Je bedenkt graag nieuwe manieren om talent aan te trekken en houdt van een uitdaging.
