Le Coordinateur(trice) Prévention Sécurité Grands Comptes (CPS GC) est rattaché au Responsable Prévention Adecco France. Il a pour rôle de :

- Faire l'interface et d'assister les Directions Commerciales BU/Groupe et le service Prévention Sécurité

- Assister les Directions dans le déploiement des engagements de Prévention Sécurité des accords cadres.

- Participer à créer, déployer et piloter les nouveaux projets/outils concernant la Prévention Sécurité sur les Grands Comptes, par tout moyen adapté.

Les principales missions du Coordinateur Prévention Sécurité grands comptes sont : 

Accompagner

- les Directions Commerciales BU/Groupe et les opérationnels, sur ses domaines d’expertise, dans la relation commerciale locale et nationale avec les grands comptes.

- les Directions Commerciales BU/Groupe et les opérationnels, sur ses domaines d’expertise, dans le déploiement de la partie Prévention sécurité des accords cadre et l’animation en découlant auprès du réseau,

- sur les pratiques Prévention Sécurité, à travers des actions d’information, d’accompagnement, de formation et d’évaluation,

Concevoir, piloter, animer

- Représente le Service Prévention Sécurité auprès des Directions Commerciales BU/Groupe

- développe le partage d’expériences et transmet les bonnes pratiques.

- assure au besoin la coordination du déploiement des actions et des remontées d'information terrain auprès des CPS régionaux,

-  participe aux projets/conception d’outils et process impactant l’animation de la prévention sécurité. Il peut piloter les projets/conception d’outils et process les concernant majoritairement.

- élabore des dispositifs d’accompagnement individuels et collectifs adaptés aux objectifs de l’entreprise.

- suit et mesure l’efficacité de ses actions.


Gestion administrative


- assure la logistique, le suivi et la gestion des dossiers et actions d’accompagnement dont il a la charge.

- veille à l’application rigoureuse de la législation et des instructions qu’il reçoit sur son domaine d’activité.

- travaille en lien fonctionnel avec différents services BU ou groupe 

- produire le reporting nécessaire au bon suivi de ces dossiers et des impacts en Prévention Sécurité par compte client


Vous disposez d'une expérience de 5 ans en prévention et sécurité, en coaching transversal et possédez une expérience sur le terrain et dans la gestion de projet.

Vous disposez d'une bonne capacité d'autonomie, d'écoute et de sens relationnel et pédagogique. Votre esprit de synthèse, votre sens du service et votre relationnel client sont des atouts indéniables pour le poste.
