Rattaché.e à la Responsable Développement RH et la Responsable de l’Université du Groupe, tu contribueras activement aux projets de Développement RH et Formation Interne ainsi qu’au projet Culture Managériale du groupe en France.

En tant qu’assistant.e Développement RH & Formation, tes missions seront passionnantes :

Développement RH :

· Animation du référentiel des emplois & des compétences : Participation au pilotage de l’instance de création et de mise à jour des emplois de toutes les filiales du groupe en France. Contribution à la classification et à la pesée des emplois

· Animation de nos campagnes d'entretiens et de People Reviews / Talent Reviews : Préparation des campagnes : paramétrage des outils et suivi. Support et accompagnement des HRBP. Suivi, reporting, analyse et exploitation des données

· Animation de la mobilité interne et trajectoires de carrières : Animation de notre outil de gestion des immersions : participation aux points de suivi avec le prestataire, analyse et exploitation des données. Suivi, reporting et préparation des supports et animation auprès des HRBP. Contribution aux projets en lien avec le sujet des compétences pour offrir à nos collaborateurs des parcours de carrières au sein du Groupe

Formation Interne :

· Contribution à l’animation et au développement de notre programme Culture Managériale : programme de formation dédié aux managers du groupe.

· Participation à la création et mise en place de parcours/modules de formation de l’Université du groupe : service de formation interne à destination des salariés.

· Participation aux déploiements des parcours de développement des programmes Talents du groupe : en lien avec les écoles partenaires, vous animez la communauté des promotions Talents et veillez au bon déroulement des parcours.

Vous préparez un Master (BAC + 4 et 5) en Ressources Humaines.
Vous parlez anglais et maitrisez les outils informatiques (excel, powerpoint, etc)

Qualités requises :

- Être force de proposition et savoir prendre des initiatives

- Être créatif.ve et toujours au courant des nouvelles tendances

- Avoir un bon sens de l’organisation et de la flexibilité car les missions seront

diversifiées et nombreuses

- Avoir une vraie aisance relationnelle pour communiquer avec de multiples

interlocuteurs

- Avoir de très bonnes capacités rédactionnelles et un sens « visuel » développé

- Être autonome
