Principais responsabilidades
• Atuar como ponto focal de suporte ao candidato, atendendo dúvidas, reclamações
e solicitações por e-mail, WhatsApp e telefone.
• Gerenciar e remediar avaliações negativas do programa, realizando contato ativo
com o candidato para entender a situação e acompanhar a resolução.
• Prestar suporte personalizado a candidatos com demandas críticas ou específicas,
auxiliando no uso das ferramentas e na interlocução com o consultor responsável.
• Compreender as diferentes modalidades e escopos dos programas de transição de
carreira, conforme senioridade e perfil do candidato.
• Realizar a mediação de conflitos ou trocas de consultores, conduzindo conversas
com clareza, escuta ativa e posicionamento assertivo.
• Registrar todas as interações e encaminhamentos no sistema Orbit, garantindo
rastreabilidade e consistência nos dados.
• Analisar indicadores qualitativos e quantitativos com a Gerência de Operações,
propondo melhorias na jornada do candidato.
• Apoiar o time com informações e relatórios, observando as diretrizes de
compliance e LGPD.
• Manter interlocução constante com consultores de carreira e lideranças da
operação para alinhamento e efetividade nas soluções.

• Vivência prévia com suporte para o público B2C.
• Experiência com sistemas de CRM ou registro de atendimento.
• Comunicação clara, empática e assertiva.
• Estabilidade emocional para lidar com demandas sensíveis e complexas.
• Postura consultiva, com foco em solução de problemas.
• Capacidade de escuta ativa e acolhimento.
• Relacionamento interpessoal, inclusive com públicos executivos (C-Level).
• Ética e responsabilidade com dados sensíveis e informações confidenciais.
