Nous recherchons un Alternant Assistant de service H/F afin d’accompagner au mieux notre Service Contentieux. Poste à pourvoir à partir de septembre 2025 basé à Villeurbanne
Auprès du Responsable Service Recouvrement, l’Assistant de service contentieux assure le pilotage du recouvrement judiciaire BtoB, en lien avec les enjeux financiers, juridiques et de conformité, tout en garantissant la sécurisation des créances et la coordination des parties prenantes internes et externes.
Vos missions principales sont les suivantes :
Recouvrement judiciaire :
· Gérer un portefeuille de créances clients en BtoB (recouvrement judiciaire ou sous procédures collectives)
· Analyser les dossiers transmis et déterminer les stratégies de recouvrement judiciaire
· Constituer, suivre et mettre à jour les dossiers et les outils
· Négocier, formaliser et suivre les échéanciers amiables
· Mettre en place et suivre les garanties contractuelles
· Piloter l’action des prestataires contentieux
· Etablir et envoyer les déclarations de créances aux mandataires dans le délai légal
· Relancer les mandataires ‘admissions des créances, dividendes, certificats d’irrévocabilité)
· Calculer et préparer les écritures de reprise de provisions comptable sur douteux
· Gérer l’archivage des dossiers soldés
Finance :
· Suivre l’encaissement des dossiers
· Contrôler le transfert des pièces en douteux
· Passer en perte les créances irrécouvrables et justifier les écritures
· S’assurer du lettrage et des écritures passées en comptabilité clients
· Contrôler et valider les frais d’auxiliaires de justice pour une mise en paiement et imputation
Juridique :
· Assurer la veille réglementaire et juridique
Communication :
· Piloter et coordonner es acteurs internes et externes
· Fournir des informations et/ou conseils juridiques aux interlocuteurs internes et/ou externes
· Garantir les intérêts, l’image et la notoriété des sociétés du groupe en lien avec nos avocats conseil et/ou auxiliaires de justice
Reporting :
· Produire le reporting nécessaire au pilotage des dossiers
Vous êtes issu d’un BAC+2/3 en finance ou commerce. Vous possédez à l’idéal une expérience dans un service contentieux. Vous êtes rigoureux, organisés, adaptable et vous assimilez facilement de nouveaux concepts. Vous serez régulièrement en contact avec le service judiciaire et les agences via mails et appels téléphoniques, une aisance rédactionnelle et relationnelle est donc de mise.
