Dans le cadre du remplacement d'un congé maternité (CDD 6 mois), nous recherchons notre futur Gestionnaire de paie H/F:
Ø Effectuer sous contrôle le traitement informatisé des paies et soldes de tout compte, conformément aux procédures et règles définies par la Direction,
Ø Prendre en charge l’ensemble des déclarations sociales, enquêtes obligatoires (DARES, …) et reportings sociaux dans les délais impartis et dans le respect des règles légales,
Ø Effectuer le règlement des cotisations dans les délais impartis et s’assure en permanence du bon traitement du compte auprès des organismes sociaux (mises en demeure, relances, attestations de vigilance, ..),
Ø Participer à la passation comptable avec le service comptabilité et justifie les comptes sociaux,
Ø Assurer le suivi des arrêts de travail (attestation sécurité sociale, traitement des IJSS, …),
Ø Proposer et mets en application les modifications du système d’information de l’entreprise afin d’optimiser le processus de paie et de gestion sociale,
Ø Garantir par un contrôle régulier de la fiabilité des données saisies dans l’outil informatique et des données transmises aux interlocuteurs privilégiés.
Ø Assurer le lien avec les différents organismes sociaux (sécurité sociale, prévoyance, mutuelle, retraite, …) notamment pour la mise à jour des affiliations, radiations et gestion des dossiers sinistres.
De formation de type DUT GEA, vous avez une première expérience de minimum deux ans (hors alternance) sur des missions similaires.
