Zaltbommel, Netherlands Apply for RoleAls Learning & Development Adviseur bij Akkodis zorg jij voor de ontwikkeling van onze consultants door het coördineren en vormgeven van impactvolle leer- en ontwikkeltrajecten. Jij bent hét aanspreekpunt voor alles rondom training, onboarding en digitale leerplatforms binnen onze organisatie. Vanuit Zaltbommel werk je samen met zowel internationale als lokale collega’s uit de business, HR, Finance en de Academy om een lerende organisatie te bouwen.
Wat ga je doen?- Coördineer je alle trainingen en onboardingstrajecten, zowel fysiek als digitaal.
- Analyseer je samen met interne stakeholders welke upskilling activiteiten Akkodis moet ondernemen om relevant te blijven
- Ontwikkel je nieuwe leerprogramma’s en werk je nauw samen met interne stakeholders.
- Adviseer je managers over opleidingsvraagstukken en borg je de kwaliteit van externe trainingsaanbieders.
- Ben je het aanspreekpunt voor platforms zoals Elevate, Udemy en Pluralsight en beheer je de licenties.
- Zorg je voor tijdige registratie van verplichte trainingen (zoals VCA en compliance).
- Monitor en analyseer je de trainingsdata en rapporteer je hierover aan management en HR.
- Beheer je het subsidietraject en ondersteun je bij de facturatie- en administratieve afhandeling van opleidingen.

Je bent enthousiast over leren en weet dit ook over te brengen. Je schakelt makkelijk tussen advies, coördinatie en uitvoering. Verder beschik je over:
- Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie binnen HR, L&D of training & development.
- Ervaring met (online) leeromgevingen zoals LMS-platformen of e-learning tools.
- Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in zowel Nederlands als Engels.
- Een proactieve, zelfstandige houding en het vermogen om prioriteiten te stellen.
- HBO werk- en denkniveau.
