We are now looking for an experienced and highly skilled professional to join our Global Finance team as Senior FP&A Analyst.

Mission:


As a Senior FP&A Analyst, you will lead key global planning and performance activities, deliver high-quality financial insights, and support strategic decision-making across the Adecco Group. You will partner with senior finance stakeholders, guide process improvements, and contribute to the development of advanced financial reporting and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:


• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes for a Global Business Unit
• Prepare, review, and present monthly and quarterly performance reports, including KPI analyses and financial bridges
• Develop advanced financial models for scenario analysis, business planning, and strategic initiatives
• Partner with BU and regional finance teams to provide insights and support decision-making
• Design and enhance Power BI dashboards and reporting automation
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems and reports
• Mentor and support junior FP&A team members
• Participate in global finance transformation and automation projects
• Perform ad-hoc strategic and operational analysis for senior management

Requirements:
• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; ACCA/CIMA/MBA is an advantage
• Minimum 4 years of experience in FP&A, controlling, or financial analysis in a multinational company
• Strong expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and KPI reporting
• Advanced Excel and solid experience with Power BI; automation or Gen AI exposure is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to challenge assumptions and drive insights
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead improvement initiatives
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
