In alignment with The Adecco Group Future @ Work strategy, we are expanding our presence in Bulgaria with a newly established Shared Service Center.

You will join talented professionals in Finance and HR to drive operational and financial excellence for the Group. At the Adecco Shared Service Center, you will have the opportunity to develop, innovate, and take ownership of your work, supported by a collaborative environment where every voice is valued and new ideas are encouraged.

We are now looking for a motivated and experienced professional to join our Group Finance team as Group Consolidation & Reporting Controller.

Mission:


As a Group Consolidation & Reporting Controller, you will be part of the team responsible for the timely and accurate preparation of the Adecco Group’s consolidated financial statements in accordance with US GAAP, internal policies, and regulatory requirements. You will play a key role in the close, consolidation, and reporting processes, while working closely with teams across the Group.

Key Responsibilities:


• Prepare and review the monthly close and country reporting submissions
• Support the consolidation and intercompany processes under US GAAP
• Prepare the annual and half-year Group reports
• Prepare monthly consolidated P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements
• Maintain Group consolidation master data (legal entities, chart of accounts, etc.)
• Liaise with Group External Auditors
• Collaborate with global functions, countries, and finance teams
• Develop and maintain internal controls over financial reporting
• Participate in finance transformation initiatives and other projects

Requirements: 


• University degree in Accounting or Finance; ACCA (or equivalent) is an advantage
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Big 4 firm and/or multinational company
• Strong accounting knowledge, including US GAAP and/or IFRS
• Understanding of financial close, consolidation, and external reporting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and support special projects
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
