Als HR Officer ben jij het gezicht van Adecco bij onze klant. Je speelt een sleutelrol in het creëren van een onvergetelijke ervaring voor talenten en ondersteunt bedrijven bij het vinden van de beste profielen.

Jouw missie

De beste talenten opsporen: Begrijpen wat onze klanten nodig hebben en de ideale kandidaten vinden.
Een geweldige kandidaatervaring creëren: Kandidaten verwelkomen, evalueren en begeleiden met zorg en professionaliteit.
Je creativiteit boosten: Gebruik maken van sociale media, jobboards, deelnemen aan jobbeurzen en samenwerken met scholen.
Organiseren en plannen: Beheren van de dagelijkse en wekelijkse planningen om een optimale werking te garanderen.
Opvolgen en begeleiden: Zorgen voor een nauwgezette opvolging van kandidaten en klanten voor maximale tevredenheid.
Vertrouwen opbouwen met klanten: Hun behoeften begrijpen, de beste talenten voorstellen en een op maat gemaakte begeleiding bieden.

Wie ben jij?

Opleiding: Je hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma, of je hebt relevante ervaring in HR of een commerciële omgeving.
Ervaring: Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in HR of de dienstensector.
Persoonlijkheid:
- Je hebt een passie voor mensen en haalt voldoening uit het helpen van kandidaten bij het vinden van hun ideale job.
- Je bent administratief sterk en werkt nauwkeurig bij het opstellen van planningen.
- Je bent een teamspeler en krijgt energie van samenwerken.
- Je vrienden en familie omschrijven je als dynamisch, sociaal en commercieel ingesteld.
- Je hebt een klantgerichte instelling en weet mensen te inspireren en motiveren.
- Je bent resultaatgericht en kan onder druk effectief blijven presteren.
- Je bent pragmatisch en zet graag een stap extra voor klanten en kandidaten.
Talen: Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van Frans.
Mobiliteit: Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B om flexibel te kunnen werken.
