What is expected from this role:
As an IT Program Manager for Middle Office :
- Accountable for Middle Office Program Delivery in APAC
- Ensure successful Middle Office program delivery, in alignment with The Adecco Group ITD PMO methodology
- Manage, coordinate and align Middle Office projects in APAC aligning with programs in The Adecco Group ITD Strategy Roadmap.
As an IT Project Manager role reporting to the IT Middle-Office Program Man\ager:
- Managing an IT Project end-to-end: from ideation to execution & project closure
- Coordinating internal Adecco Teams to deliver in time/quality/budget
- Coordinating external providers to deliver in time/quality/budget
- Manage scope, planning, budget & deliverables Organize & chair operational meeting
Main tasks & Responsibilities
- Execute respective Middle Office program with the support of relevant Project Managers, Sponsors, and Steering Committee
- Coordinate various Middle Office projects within the region and their interdependencies
- Project monitoring is up to date (planning, budget, deliverables)
- Escalations are managed in due time with proposed mitigations
- Alerts are raised in due time with proposals.
Work Experience
- At least 5 years of experience working as project manager in IT:
- 5 years of PM role
- Experience in spearheading an IT Program
- Experience in IT/Digital implementation
- Experience with managing business stakeholders
- Good command of English, writing & orally
- Experience working in global context (Core template definition or implementation, country deployment of a core model)
- Experience working with global teams including offshore locations
- Experience in alignment with business stakeholders
- Ability to influence in a matrix organization
- Experience in managing external team(s) in different locations and time zones
- Exposure to Agile methodology
- Work experience in a multinational and multicultural environment
- Good communication skills
Education
- Degree / Master’s degree in engineering, mathematics, physics, computer/data science alternatively a degree / master’s degree in business, economics or similar supplemented with computer science degrees or certifications.
- Certification in Project Management (PMP / PRINCE2) and / or Program Management (PgMP / PfMP)
Travel Requirement
Occasional (up to 20%)
