Wat ga je doen?Als Recruitment Consultant bij Badenoch + Clark krijg je de kans om het verschil te maken. Jij hebt de volledige verantwoordelijkheid over een specifieke specialisatie, zoals Finance, HR, Sales, Marketing of Supply Chain. Je begeleidt zowel klanten als kandidaten door het volledige recruitmentproces, van vacature tot plaatsing.
- Je gaat actief op zoek naar de beste kandidaten en zorgt voor de perfecte match met je klant.
- Je bouwt sterke relaties op met klanten en kandidaten en helpt hen groeien.
- Jij bent de strategische sparringpartner voor je klanten en denkt mee over hun HR-uitdagingen.
- Je werkt autonoom, maar ook nauw samen met ons ervaren team om ons succes verder uit te bouwen.
- Ervaren: Je hebt een aantal jaar ervaring in recruitment of een vergelijkbare rol.
- Commercieel gedreven: Je krijgt een kick van het opbouwen van relaties en het maken van de perfecte match.
- Consultative seller: Je bent een sparringpartner die oplossingen biedt, niet alleen verkoopt.
- Zelfstandig én een teamplayer: Je werkt graag autonoom, maar je bent ook iemand die het team uitdaagt en inspireert.
- Talenknobbel: Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels of Frans en Engels.
