En tant que Business Development Manager, vous êtes au cœur de l’acquisition de nouveaux clients et de la gestion stratégique des relations avec nos clients existants. Vous êtes responsable de l'augmentation de la satisfaction client, du chiffre d’affaires et de la part de marché d’Adecco dans votre secteur cible.
Vos missions :Acquisition & Prospection : Vous identifiez et attirez de nouveaux clients en mettant en œuvre des actions ciblées de prospection commerciale.
Gestion des relations clients : Vous gérez un portefeuille de clients stratégiques, assurant une communication fluide et une coopération harmonieuse avec tous les départements d’Adecco.
Vente des solutions Adecco : Vous commercialisez l'ensemble des services d'Adecco (Onsite, Experts, Staffing Professionnel, Permanent Placement), en adaptant nos solutions aux besoins spécifiques de vos clients.
Objectifs et performance : Vous suivez vos performances et celles de vos clients, en vous appuyant sur des plans de comptes détaillés pour atteindre vos objectifs commerciaux.
Veille stratégique : Vous êtes constamment à l’écoute du marché, des tendances et des besoins des clients afin de transformer ces informations en opportunités concrètes pour Adecco.
Représentation & Réseautage : Vous représentez Adecco lors de réunions clients et d'événements professionnels, augmentant la visibilité et l'image de notre marque.
Amélioration continue : Vous identifiez les obstacles à la performance et proposez des solutions en collaboration avec les équipes internes pour garantir un service irréprochable à nos clients.
Vos profilFormation : Bac+5 en commerce, marketing, gestion ou un domaine similaire.
Langues : Trilingue en néerlandais, français et anglais.
Mobilité : Permis de conduire B pour des déplacements réguliers.
Expérience : Minimum 5 ans d’expérience dans la gestion de comptes, dont 3 ans dans des fonctions de gestion de comptes nationaux ou stratégiques, avec un focus sur l'acquisition et la gestion des relations clients.

- Forte capacité d’analyse et esprit stratégique
- Excellentes compétences en négociation et en communication
- Orientation client avec une approche flexible et adaptable
- Expérience dans la gestion de négociations au niveau du conseil d’administration
