Le Chargé de Moyens Généraux assure la gestion opérationnelle des services généraux sur l’ensemble des sites. Il veille à la bonne exécution des prestations logistiques, techniques et administratives, en lien avec les prestataires, les fournisseurs et les utilisateurs internes. Il contribue à garantir un environnement de travail fonctionnel, sécurisé et conforme aux standards du groupe.

Vos missions principales sont les suivantes :

Achats

·        Assurer la coordination avec les prestataires et fournisseurs, le reporting, la qualité de service sur le site et gérer les dysfonctionnements

Passer les commandes validées dans le respect des règles achats groupe
Traitement des commandes et des factures dans le respect des règles achats.
Administration

·        Suivre et informer les utilisateurs sur l'état de leurs demandes et clôturer leurs dossiers.

·        Sensibilisation aux bonnes pratiques d’usage des locaux et équipements.

·        Faire respecter les plans de prévention de sécurité

·        Rendre disponible et accessible les accès des sites sièges bureaux, parking...)

·        Suivre la réalisation des travaux

Gestion

·        Traiter les factures fournisseurs

·        Suivre le budget des sites couverts

·        Veiller à l'entretien général du/des bâtiments et des parties communes

·        Participation aux appels d’offres et à la sélection des prestataires.

Coordination des déménagements internes et aménagements d’espaces.
Gestion des accès (badges, parkings, clés).
Suivi des contrats de maintenance et des prestations de services (nettoyage, sécurité, courrier, etc.) ainsi que des prestations réalisées.
Gestion des sinistres (assurance dommages)

·        Reporting

·        Assurer le reporting des activités et/ou projets

Suivi des budgets alloués aux sites (consommables, prestations, travaux).
Mise à jour des tableaux de bord et reporting régulier au Responsable.
·        Suivi de la qualité de service et des engagements contractuels.

Suivi des interventions de maintenance préventive et curative.

Sécurité et conformité

·        Application des procédures de sécurité et des plans de prévention.

·        Participation aux audits internes et aux contrôles réglementaires.

Suivi des actions correctives en cas de non-conformité


Connaissance des services généraux et de la gestion des bâtiments.
Maîtrise des outils bureautiques et de gestion (Excel, ERP, GMAO).
Notions en sécurité des bâtiments et réglementation ERP.
Sens du service et de la satisfaction client interne.
Rigueur, organisation et autonomie.
Capacité à gérer les priorités et à travailler en transversal.
