QA & Release Manager

We are seeking an experienced QA& Release Manager to lead and drive end to end testing activities across complex programs. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing and mentoring testing teams, hands on understanding of agent level testing, and the ability to lead testing strategy for agent programs as well as other testing initiatives across the organization.
Responsibilities
·Lead and manage multiple testing teams across projects, ensuring high quality delivery and adherence to timelines.
·Own the testing strategy, planning, and execution for agent programs, E2E rollouts including agent level testing.
·Provide technical and domain guidance on agent workflows, integrations, and end to end validation.
·Oversee all phases of the test lifecycle: requirements analysis, test planning, test design, execution, defect management, and test sign off.
·Collaborate closely with product, development, architecture, and business stakeholders to align testing efforts with project goals.
·Ensure appropriate test coverage across functional, regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing.
·Drive continuous improvement in testing processes, tools, and methodologies.
·Identify testing risks early and proactively define mitigation strategies.
·Define, track, and report quality metrics and testing status to senior leadership.
·Lead and coordinate other testing-related activities beyond agent programs if needed, ensuring consistent quality standards across initiatives.
·Experience validating AI driven or rules based agent behavior, including edge cases and real world scenarios.
·Mentor and develop test engineers and leads, fostering a strong quality first culture.
Work Experience
·8+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 3–5 years in a test management or leadership role.
·Proven experience leading and scaling testing teams across multiple projects or programs.
·Strong understanding of agent level testing, including agent interactions, workflows, and integrations.
·Solid experience across functional, integration, system, and regression testing.
·Hands on experience with test management tools like ADO and defect tracking systems.
·Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile/Hybrid delivery models.
·Strong analytical, problem solving, and stakeholder management skills.
·Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Good to Have
·Salesforce testing experience, including understanding of Salesforce architecture, integrations, and configurations.
·Experience testing Salesforce Agent force, including AI-driven agents, workflows, and automation use cases.
·Exposure to intelligent agents, workflow engines, or AI-assisted systems.
·Experience defining or influencing test automation strategies.
·Knowledge of CI/CD quality practices and DevOps workflows.
·Experience in large-scale enterprises or regulated environments.
