Mission:

The MSD Solution Architect is responsible for shaping the architectural vision and ensuring the integrity, consistency, and longevity of the MSD solution and MSD ecosystem within the finance domain. This position will play a crucial role in aligning the ITD landscape with business goals, ensuring the scalability and robustness of finance technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design end-to-end solutions in the Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations domain, ensuring scalability, reliability, and alignment with industry best practices.
  • Engage with business stakeholders to understand their needs, gather requirements, and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Lead the integration of Dynamics 365 F&O with other systems and applications, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to coding standards, architectural principles, and security protocols.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize system performance, enhance user experience, and drive operational efficiency within Dynamics 365 F&O.
  • Assess risks associated with solution design and implementation, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in Dynamics 365 F&O and related technologies and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience (8+ years) in solution architecture, with a focus on Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
  • Strong understanding of the finance domain and associated technology trends.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale Dynamics 365 F&O implementations from conception to completion.
  • Proficient in designing and implementing complex IT architectures.
  • Certification in Dynamics 365 F&O (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate) is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Strong leadership abilities, with experience leading cross-functional teams and driving consensus on technical decisions.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic and multicultural environment.

Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations architecture, modules, and functionalities.
  • Proficiency in solution design, including data modeling, workflow configuration, and business process automation.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure services, Power Platform, and other related technologies.
  • Strong understanding of integration patterns, APIs, and middleware solutions.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and DevOps practices. Lean Six Sigma knowledge, experience is a plus.
  • Expertise in performance tuning, troubleshooting, and optimization techniques.
  • Solid grasp of security principles and best practices in Dynamics 365 F&O.
  • Ability to mentor and coach junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration.
  • Business fluent in written and spoken English. Any additional language is a plus.
  • Solid knowledge of the staffing industry is an advantage.
