Au sein de la direction Marketing, basé au siège social à Villeurbanne.

Le stagiaire Assistant campagnes marketing et support réseau (H/F) est chargé de la production de supports marketing variés (vidéos, visuels réseaux sociaux, affichage vitrines, flyers etc) et sur divers sujets (témoignages, prévention sécurité, campagnes locales, fidélisation d'intérimaires...).

Vous serez amené à effectuer des présentations de projets, du reporting et de la gestion de projets marketing dans son ensemble.


Vos principales missions :


Création de supports Marketing et Communication :


• Création de vidéos
• Création de supports print
• Création de supports digitaux
• Préparation des présentations de projets (campagnes, bilans, présentations de projets d'équipe,...)
• Création de contenus marketing pour alimenter les campagnes (emailing, posts réseaux sociaux, push-app,…).

Soutien au réseau d’agences Adecco :


• Support au réseau d’agences Adecco (+900 agences en France) via l’adresse mail marketing dédiée


Gestion de projets Marketing :


• Assister l’équipe sur du suivi et de la gestion de campagnes marketing
- Sourcing candidats,
- Acquisition et fidélisation clients,
- Communication prévention sécurité,
• Coordonner les projets et actions avec les différent.e.s interlocuteurs.ice.s du Groupe,
• Faire des reporting de campagnes et de projets,
• Gestion et organisation des jeux concours (tirage au sort, contact avec les gagnants, envoi des lots
etc)


Vous avez le sens du service et un bon esprit d'équipe. Une aisance relationnelle et une capacité rédactionnelle sont indispensables. Vous vous intéressez domaine du marketing dans son ensemble.

Vos compétences pour ce stage :


• Autonomie
• Communication interpersonnelle
• Connaissances en marketing
• Outils de création de visuels (maîtrise de la suite Adobe obligatoire - Indesign et/ou Illustrator)
• Outil de création de vidéos
• Compétences et/ou expérience en gestion de projets
