What you’ll be doingStrategic thought leadership responsibilities:
- Lead the Adecco Group’s global thought leadership strategy, taking full accountability for planning, execution and continuous improvement.
- Manage end-to-end development & production of flagship thought leadership assets, including reports, white papers, op-eds, keynote materials, briefing papers and content series. Maintain and expand strategic relationships with major global events, think tanks and summits, editorial houses and other leading voices.
- Develop annual and multi‑year thought leadership roadmaps aligned to business priorities and the Group narrative.
- Own briefings and help to shape executive positioning, keynote topics and speaking calendars aligned to narrative pillars.
- Ensure alignment with key internal stakeholders include the global leadership team, GBUs heads of communications, Global External Communications, Content & Operations teams and strong cross-functional collaboration with Public Affairs, Sustainability, subject matter experts and research colleagues, among others.
Research & data-driven insights:
- Working alongside the Group Head of Thought Leadership Research to research and analyze global trends - including AI, labor market shifts, skills evolution, and sustainability and synthesize findings into clear, structured reports, briefing papers and articles.
- Collaborate closely with research, data and expert communities to produce original insights that reinforce the Adecco Group’s leadership in talent, technology and the future of work.
- Shape strategic storytelling with data‑driven insights, use cases and differentiated points of view, ensuring content supports both reputation building and commercial relevance.
Development of owned and partnered formats:
- Lead the creation of owned formats (e.g. LinkedIn POV series, newsletters, podcasts) and support earned formats in Tier 1 media.
- Manage global activation of thought leadership assets, ensuring cohesive amplification across digital, media, events and GBU channels.
- Oversee governance, structure and continuous improvement of the Group’s knowledge management systems, ensuring high‑quality curation of internal and external insights.
- Ensure high editorial and brand consistency across all content, maintaining excellence in clarity, structure and narrative strength.
- Drive collaboration with influential external partners (e.g., think tanks, universities, media houses).

- Strong writer: You have excellent writing and editing skills, with a proven ability to produce clear, engaging and well‑structured long‑form content.
- Research‑driven: You enjoy working with data, reports and expert input, and can distil complex information into accessible insights.
- Excellent network: established relationships with leading summits, forums or think thanks connected to the world of work is an advantage
- Curious and a: You are interested in the future of work, technology and societal change, and enjoy exploring new ideas and perspectives.
- Detail‑oriented: You have a strong eye for accuracy, consistency and quality, particularly in report‑based content.
- Collaborative: You work well with others, are a real team-player and comfortable challenging ideas with other and enjoy contributing as part of a global team.
Experience and qualifications:
- University degree in Communication, Journalism, Politics, PR, Marketing or similar.
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in communications roles in writing, research, communications, consulting, journalism or content development.
- Proven track record delivering high‑quality, data‑driven content at executive level.
- Demonstrated experience producing high‑quality written outputs such as reports, research papers, white papers, or analytical articles.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex, multi‑stakeholder content programs end‑to‑
- Strong writing and editing skills with experience shaping executive narratives.
- Languages: Native or equivalent level in spoken and written English (mandatory). Other languages are a plus.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365
- Comfortable using AI-enabled tools and interested in applying new technology to improve content creation and communication outcomes
- Graphical skills with creative suite such as Adobe Suite or Canva are a plus.
