About the role

The BOS (Branch Operations Specialist) Team Lead position requires an employee to perform all functions necessary to successfully maintain branch operations by:

  • Complete weekly reports. Guides and directs processes and procedures for timely collection of all stats needed to complete reporting by designated deadlines.
  • Responsible for assigning cases to the respective Branch Ops Specialist in Salesforce.
  • Generate consultant new hire paperwork (including contracts) and ensure proper/timely completion. Maintain personnel e-files including I-9 Form and client specific documents/forms.
  • Ensure that e-Verify is completed in compliance with Akkodis/Adecco policies. 
  • Ensure that consultant drug, background, and credit checks are performed in compliance with our client contract agreements and Adecco policy.
  • Evaluate and escalate, client, branch ops specialist and/or consultant issues to leadership team in timely and appropriate manner.
  • Identify and document training gaps for attention to leadership, to ensure ongoing compliance within department and accounts.
  • Act as point person for day-to-day questions or “how to” to the team. Communicate all new and current policies and procedures, ensuring departmental compliance and process documentation for fellow team members.
  • Notify manager of training or compliance concerns so the manager can address across the team.
  • Assist with training of all branch ops specialist hires added to the team.
  • Ensure timely communication by responding to all emails/phone calls. Adhere to all SLA’s that relate to onboarding and troubleshooting organizational procedures and processes.
  • Assist in coordinating training/tracking/execution of implementation or groups of onboarding.
What you’ll be doing

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Candidate must be able to work Pacific or Mountain time zone hours. 
  • Audit I-9 forms and client documents for accuracy and timely delivery to meet SLAs
  • Ability to work under pressure and within an ever changing and developing professional environment
  • Must be a strategic thinker with ability to adjust priorities to fit account/branch needs
  • Ability to lead and mentor Branch Ops Specialists on the team.
  • All other operational duties as assigned by Manager
  • Multi-tasking mindset with ability to move from one project to another with ease
About you

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE & OTHER POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; College degree preferred
  • 3-5 years of prior experience in including payroll, financial, and/or HR tasks.
  • Preferred, prior onboarding and/or associate care
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications - Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
  • Impeccable ability to stay organized and communicate in a timely manner with internal teammates, consultants, and clients.
  • Ability to apply time management skills in order to prioritize tasks throughout the day and week.
  • Knack for approaching situations and tasks with a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Natural ability to apply a high level of attention to detail to administrative duties

This position is nonexempt and will be paid on an hourly basis. The salary range below has been annualized based on a 40-hour workweek.

The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $48,600 - $89,100. Compensation varies based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, experience, education, key skills, and geographic location.

Benefit offerings for full-time employment include medical, dental, vision, term life and AD&D insurance, short-term and long-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits, wellness plans, and a 401k plan or a non-qualified deferred compensation plan. Available paid leave includes Personal Time Off (PTO) on an accrual basis up to 152 hours a year, 10 Paid Holidays, 1 Community Service Day, and up to 6 weeks of Paid Parental Leave. PTO and holiday hours are prorated based on hire date within the calendar year.
