Billing Officer (6 Months Contract)

• Ensure timely & accurate billing and compliance
To lead, coach, develop and manage the Onboarding & Aftersales team, delivering synergies between Front Office and Middle Office communities.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee & assist in managing timelines and ensure all tasks in the onboarding and aftersales workflows are executed in accordance with departmental standards.
• Oversee and assist in managing the team responsibilities including but not limited to:
- Assignment Templates creation, ensuring assignments are properly managed leading to accurate payroll & billing.
- Creation and maintenance of Bill Plans
- Liaise with Retro Team and Credit officers to ensure invoices are produced as expected.
- Creation of Perm assignments leading to accurate billing
- Identify and correct assignment errors. Ensure where necessary challenges or conflict for all assignment related matters are escalated and resolved promptly.
- Identify areas of continuous improvement within the assignments area that will encourage or accommodate change within the business and improve efficiency.
- Provide support to front office and middle office teams to ensure successful Client implementations, including Customer, Billing, Order, Assignment setup
- Oversee retrospective billing processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with client agreements and organizational policies.
- Manage special billing requests from clients, ensuring customized billing solutions meet client needs and organizational standards.
- Collaborate with account managers and clients to address and resolve billing inquiries and issues.
- Oversee & perform regular reconciliation of billing records and accounts receivable to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Oversee the Group billing processes and standards ( including Akkodis and LHH)
- Responsible for Non standard customer pricing ( rate cards)
• Ensure that policies and guidelines are shared and understood by the team, support change by adapting communications to the situation
• Identify opportunities for process improvements within the function
• Track and manage the performance of direct reports in order to achieve and exceed objectives and support them in their development
• Manage stakeholder engagement and relationships across Front and Middle office, including improving reporting
• From time to time this role is required to undertake other projects and responsibilities when required by the Group.
Qualification:
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Business Administration or relevant degree.
• 3-5 years in Finance or related discipline
• Experience in Data & Systems, Billing, Credit, Project Management
