Recruitment Lead - Staffing

JOB OVERVIEW
The Recruitment Lead – Staffing is responsible for leading the recruitment team in delivering staffing solutions to clients. The role focuses on team performance, recruitment delivery, client/candidate management, and business growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Team Leadership & Management
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Recruitment Consultants to achieve individual and team targets.
Set recruitment priorities, monitor team performance, and provide regular coaching and feedback.
Support team members in handling challenging recruitment cases and client requirements.
Foster a collaborative, performance-driven, and candidate-focused team environment.
2. Recruitment Delivery
Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for staffing and mass recruitment projects.
- Ensure timely and effective fulfilment of client requirements and staffing needs.
Monitor recruitment KPIs, including fulfilment rate, time-to-fill, candidate quality, and retention.
3. Client & Business Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and understand their workforce requirements.
- Participate in client meetings, requirement briefings, and recruitment solution discussions.
Identify opportunities to expand staffing services and contribute to business growth.
4. Process & Operations
- Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and team productivity.
- Prepare and review recruitment reports and provide insights to management.
- Work closely with other internal teams to ensure smooth staffing operations and service delivery.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4–5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within staffing, recruitment agencies, or high-volume recruitment.
- Previous experience in team leadership or people management is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Commercial mindset with a strong focus on targets and service delivery.
- Good English communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
