Deine Aufgaben

Als Country Head of Internal Controls (m/w/d) leitest du die 2LoD-Aktivitäten im Land/Cluster und förderst die Verbesserung des internen Kontrollumfelds über die GBUs hinweg. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Partnern sicherst du ein effektives internes Kontrollsystem und erfüllst die Anforderungen der Group/Regional Internal Controls.

  • Du führst dein Team: Als Lead unseres 2nd Line of Defense-Teams im Land/Cluster übernimmst du Verantwortung und behältst den Überblick
  • Du testest mit Struktur: Du planst und führst ICS-Tests (internes Kontrollsystem) nach unseren Gruppen- und Regionsstandards durch
  • Du hast den Blick fürs Detail: Du überwachst die Testaktivitäten, prüfst Ergebnisse und gibst wertvolle Impulse zur Verbesserung
  • Du berichtest klar und lösungsorientiert: Deine Ergebnisse bringst du direkt an die Landesleitung – verständlich, transparent und mit Empfehlungen
  • Du willst es besser machen: Du analysierst Prozesse und Abläufe, erkennst Optimierungspotenziale und setzt diese gemeinsam mit den Teams um
  • Du bist Sparringspartner: Du berätst unsere 1st Line of Defense zu lokalen Kontrollen und gibst praxisnahe Schulungen
  • Du denkst vernetzt: In enger Zusammenarbeit mit Country Management, SSC/GBU 1LoD, Internal Audit und Legal & Compliance bringst du Themen voran
  • Du gestaltest mit: Bei Sonderprojekten, die vom regionalen Leiter Internal Controls initiiert werden, bist du aktiv dabei und bringst deine Ideen ein
Dein Profil
  • Abschluss in Wirtschaft, Recht oder vergleichbar: Du hast einen relevanten Bachelor- oder Masterabschluss, idealerweise mit einer Ausbildung im Bereich Recht
  • Internationale Erfahrung: Du hast in einem multinationalen Unternehmen gearbeitet und dich in verschiedenen Kulturen zurechtgefunden
  • Fundierte Expertise: Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Finanzen, Recht, Compliance oder Audit, mit Kenntnissen in der operativen Linie (1LoD)
  • Kenntnisse in US GAAP und SOX/ICS: Du setzt US GAAP sicher um und kennst dich mit SOX oder ICS aus
  • Flexibilität in komplexen Situationen: Du gehst souverän mit Unsicherheiten um und entwickelst proaktiv Lösungen
  • Starker Teamleader: Du führst dein Team strategisch und mit Weitsicht
  • Projektmanagement: Du managst mehrere Projekte, setzt Prioritäten und pflegst vertrauensvolle Beziehungen
  • Kommunikations- und Analysefähigkeiten: Du verhandelst souverän, kommunizierst klar und behältst auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen den Überblick, um schnell Lösungen zu finden
  • Reisebereitschaft: Gelegentlich (bis zu 20%)
