In alignment with The Adecco Group Future@Work strategy, we continue to expand our Global Recruitment Centres and are looking for a driven and experienced Technical Recruiterto join our growing team.
This is an exciting opportunity to partner with global stakeholders and recruit highly skilled technology and engineering professionals across a wide range of disciplines, including Software Engineering, Cloud, Data & Analytics, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Product Development, and other specialized technical functions.
Mission:

As a Technical Recruiter, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical and engineering roles while acting as a trusted talent advisor to hiring managers. Through proactive sourcing, market intelligence, and stakeholder partnership, you will identify and attract top technical talent, deliver exceptional candidate experiences, and support business growth through effective hiring solutions.
Core Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technical and engineering positions.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill and niche technical roles.
• Build and maintain pipelines of qualified talent for current and future hiring needs.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, professional communities, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen and assess candidates' technical qualifications, experience, and overall suitability.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and role requirements.
• Provide market insights on talent availability, hiring trends, and competitive landscapes.
• Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process to ensure an excellent candidate experience.
• Coordinate interviews, facilitate hiring decisions, and support offer negotiations and candidate closing activities.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and contribute to reporting, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 2+ years of experience in technical, IT, engineering, or specialized professional recruitment.
• Proven experience recruiting for technology roles such as software engineers, developers, cloud professionals, cybersecurity specialists, infrastructure engineers, systems administrators, or data professionals.
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement capabilities.
• Ability to understand technical requirements and assess candidate qualifications effectively.
• Experience using ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and modern sourcing tools.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and consulting skills.
• Experience within RPO, MSP, staffing, or recruitment services environments is an advantage.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
