Le Chef de projet Mobilité internationale H/F appréhende et analyse les attentes des clients, pour proposer une solution complète de recrutement de personnel impatrié. Il/elle se positionne en tant que support des directions commerciales et du réseau, afin d’assurer le développement commercial et le delivery des solutions proposées.
Le poste est basé au siège social à VILLEURBANNE.
Le chargé de projet mobilité internationale pilote la relation entre le réseau, les clients et les prestataires référencés.
Il/elle est expert et garant de la qualité des pratiques de recrutement de candidats européens ou issus de pays hors Europe. Il supervise la gestion administrative des projets et gère les outils partagés. Il/elle est contributeur de l’atteinte des objectifs de l’entreprise en matière de part de marché, chiffre d’affaires, planning / volume et de satisfaction client.
Vos principales missions sont :
- Proposition des solutions d’impatriation pour des recrutements en intérim/cdd/cdi adaptée aux attentes et besoins du client
- Rédaction des propositions commerciales et participation aux réponses aux appels d’offres pour valoriser la solution impatriation
- Piloter les recrutements avec les partenaires internes et externes : sourcing, suivi des évaluations, présentation des profils aux entreprises
- Accompagner les équipes opérationnelles tout au long du projet : contractualisation, intégration et suivi du personnel impatrié
- Animer et suivre des plans d’actions en lien avec les prestations vendues
- Garantir la qualité de la prestation, s’assurer de la satisfaction des clients, des collaborateurs et du réseau
- Gérer et garantir la fiabilité administrative de chaque projet
- Être ambassadrice de l’offre auprès du réseau
Vous disposez de plusieurs années d'expérience dans le recrutement, l'évaluation, et la coordination de projets complexes et commerciales.
Vous faites preuve d'une grande adaptabilité, ainsi qu'une orientation client importante.
Vous êtes expert(e) dans la négociation et la vente, également dans la construction de process et de projets.
Vous êtes bilingue anglais, et disposez d'une sensibilité à multiculturalité.
