Als Quality en Sustainability Specialist speel je een cruciale rol in de advisering en begeleiding rondom beleidsmatige ontwikkeling binnen The Adecco Group en ondersteun je bij trajecten gericht op kwaliteitsverbetering, vernieuwing en procesverbetering.
Binnen de Afdeling Quality & Sustainability (ESG) ben je ook verantwoordelijk voor de totstandkoming van zowel interne als externe communicatie op gebied van certificeringen, aanpassingen in processen als gevolg van wet- en regelgeving en speelt een begeleidende rol in de opzet en organisatie van het Internal Control System.
De afdeling is tevens verantwoordelijk voor in- en externe audits ter controle van alle kwaliteitsdoelstellingen van The Adecco Group.
Wat ga je doen?Je focus zal liggen op de kwaliteitsborging en verbetering van de diverse labels binnen The Adecco Group Nederland. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:
- Het management, diverse afdelingen en ons vestigingsnetwerk adviseren over de juiste manier van werken binnen The Adecco Group Nederland en bijdragen aan implementatie van nieuwe processen.
- Toezicht houden op en verbeteren van de primaire processen op de meest uiteenlopende onderwerpen binnen The Adecco Group Nederland.
- Samenwerken met (internationale) projectteams om op de juiste manier nieuwe systemen, manieren van werken en processen op te zetten en implementeren
- Uitvoeren van risicoanalyses en interne audits.
- Opstellen en onderhouden van beleid, procedures en documentatie in onze digitale platformen. Samen met de collega’s werk jij aan het duidelijk maken van onze manier van werken.
- Het volgen van wetgevende, regelgevende en technologische ontwikkelingen die de bedrijfsvoering kunnen beïnvloeden.
- Beoordelen, adviseren binnen diverse klant en prospect trajecten en aangaan van samenwerkingen op het gebied van Sustainability.
In deze functie rapporteer je aan de Manager Quality & Sustainability.
Waarom zou je voor ons kiezen?- Een aantrekkelijk salaris tussen de € 3.608 en € 5.874 op basis van 40 uur per week.
- Uitstekende secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden zoals een netto onkostenvergoeding; een bonusregeling, winstdelingsregeling, 8% vakantiegeld en pensioenopbouw.
- Een leaseauto voor zowel zakelijk als privé gebruik.
- Je werkt in de basis fulltime, maar 32-36 uur per week is bespreekbaar.
- Je ontvangt 25,5 vakantiedagen (op basis van fulltime, 40 uur per week).
- 13 extra ADV-dagen. In het eerste jaar worden de dagen aan je uitbetaald. Vanaf het tweede jaar heb je de keuze om jouw ADV-dagen (deels) op te nemen.
- De mogelijkheid om thuis te werken volgens ons thuiswerkbeleid.

- Je hebt een bedrijfseconomische of – kundige opleiding of je hebt eerder in een vergelijkbare rol gewerkt.
- Je hebt ervaring binnen het opzetten en behouden van diverse certificeringen (niet vereist, maar wordt als een pluspunt beschouwd).
- Je bent in staat beleid en vereisten snel te doorgronden en te vertalen naar praktische oplossingen, processen met een natuurlijke overtuigingskracht.
- Je bent in staat met diverse stakeholders binnen de organisatie projectmatig te werken en te ondersteunen in het opzetten van de juiste processen en instructies.
- Je bent communicatief sterk in zowel het Nederlands als Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
- Je bent een echte teamspeler, werkt procesmatig, stressbestendig, analytisch en servicegericht.
