Le Groupe Adecco, leader mondial des solutions en ressources humaines, est à la recherche d’un stagiaire en Recrutement & Sourcing H/F pour renforcer ses équipes.

Rejoins une équipe experte et participe activement au processus de recrutement en France pour les fonctions supports !

Principales missions:

En tant que stagiaire Recrutement & Sourcing, tu seras en charge d’accompagner le Responsable Recrutement sur l’ensemble des recrutements de fonctions supports en France, notamment pour les directions suivantes : Finance, RH, RSE, IT, Juridique, Communication, Affaires publiques.

Tes missions seront les suivantes :

·       Assister le Responsable Recrutement dans la gestion de tous nos recrutements.

·       Diffuser les offres d'emploi sur les différentes plateformes et jobboards.

·       Sourcer des candidats sur les différentes CVthèques.

·       Trier les CV et présélectionner les candidats.

·       Accompagner notre Chargée de mission RH à certains forums de recrutement en lien avec nos écoles partenaires pour attirer de nouveaux talents.

·       Contribuer à créer et améliorer nos process, supports et outils.

Tu auras également la possibilité de :

·       Participer à des briefs de poste pour bien cerner les besoins des managers.

·       Conduire certaines préqualifications téléphoniques de candidats.

·       Assister à des entretiens en soutien du Responsable Recrutement.

·       Rédiger des synthèses candidats pour les présenter aux managers.


Tu es titulaire d’un Bac +2 minimum et as un intérêt prononcé pour le recrutement, avec une réelle envie de découvrir cet univers.

Tu es reconnu(e) pour ton aisance relationnelle et ton sens de l'écoute. Organisé(e) et rigoureux(se), tu fais preuve de solides capacités rédactionnelles et de synthèse. Ta curiosité et ta capacité à être force de proposition seront des atouts pour la réussite de tes missions.
