Rattaché(e) au Directeur du Contrôle de Gestion France, vous pilotez le contrôle de gestion de la Région AURA (+/- 1000 collaborateurs multisites / CA 90M€) en garantissant la fiabilité des données économiques et financières nécessaires à la prise de décision :
- Animation du processus financier
- Elaboration des budgets et des forecasts
- Validation des clôtures mensuelles
- Suivi et analyse des indicateurs de performance financière et commerciale
- Analyse des écarts et proposition d'actions correctives éventuelles…
Vous managez deux Business Controller ainsi que l'équipe administration des ventes de la Région et travaillez en étroite collaboration avec l'ensemble de nos Managers régionaux afin d'optimiser la gestion de leurs activités.
Vous saurez être force de propositions pour impulser l'évolution de nos outils, process et méthodes dans un contexte évolutif.
De formation bac+5 en finance / contrôle de gestion (ESC ou équivalent universitaire), vous bénéficiez d'une expérience similaire significative et réussie, idéalement acquise dans l'univers des services (ingénierie, ESN...).
Autonome, dynamique et proactif/ve, vos qualités relationnelles sont avérées et vous permettront de collaborer efficacement avec l'ensemble de vos interlocuteurs.
