Dans le cadre d'un CDD d'un an de remplacement, nous recherchons notre futur.e comptable clients H/F spécialisé.e en RFA. Votre rôle consiste à enregistrer, traiter et analyser les informations relatives aux remises de fin d'année.


Vous veillez également à la satisfaction client par une détection et résolution rapide des litiges et par des propositions d'amélioration des process internes.
Grâce à votre expertise technique, vous vous assurez également que l’ensemble des comptables auxiliaires de votre équipe appliquent et respectent les procédures internes dans le cadre de leur mission.

Dans cette optique, vous travaillez main dans la main avec les commerciaux.

ACTIVITES PRINCIPALES
- Contrôler, enregistrer et/ou rapprocher les éléments comptables

- Effectuer le suivi des RFA et vous s'assurer que les versements soient effectués
- Assurer les relations comptables avec les entités, les réseaux et/ou les tiers et répondre à leurs demandes
- Suivre les dossiers comptables (clients, fournisseurs, banque, institutionnels...)
- Pointer les comptes et garantir leur apurement
- Analyser les éléments comptables, justifier les écarts et apporter les corrections correspondantes
- Assurer le maintien de la documentation des dossiers clients/fournisseurs
- Assurer la comptabilisation et le suivi des provisions et cut-off
- Participez à l’évolution des outils
- Proposer des mesures d'amélioration (correctives et préventives)
- Assurer un suivi synthétique de l'ensemble des indicateurs de son périmètre, les exploiter
- Assurer la fiabilité des indicateurs et tableaux de bord produits
- Former et accompagner les collaborateurs sur l’utilisation des outils et process
- Garantir la mise en œuvre des processus
- Accompagner les équipes dans le changement


De formation en comptabilité, vous avez au moins 5 ans d'expérience sur des missions similaires avec une parfaite connaissance du traitement des RFA. Dôté d'un excellent relationnel, vous saurez accompagner vos clients internes. Vous avez une maitrise de la comptabilité ainsi que de la fiscalité afin d'effectuer des analyses des RFA en cours.
