Nous recherchons au sein de notre siège basé à Villeurbanne (69) un Contrôleur de Gestion Opérationnel H/F

Vos missions seront les suivantes :

Contrôle de Gestion

·        Participation à la définition et au pilotage du process de prévisions économiques et financières (budget/forecast).

·        Analyse et animation des indicateurs financiers et des résultats sur votre périmètre.

·        Anticipation et alerte sur les écarts par rapport aux objectifs, conseil sur des plans d’action d’amélioration de la rentabilité et de la maîtrise des coûts.

·        Réponse aux questions des agences sur les états de gestion.

·        Contribution à la clôture mensuelle en lien avec les équipes Siège : demande de passage d’ordres de facturation, contrôle des estimés et des provisoires.

·        Animation des adjoints DZ de votre périmètre sur les thématiques financières (risques financiers opérationnels, risques Urssaf).

DSO/Credit Management/Cash Management

·        En lien avec le service crédit client, pilotage du processus de gestion des encours clients en alertant sur les éventuels dépassements.

·        Animation des équipes zones sur les encours échus et la balance âgée.

Pricing

·        En lien avec l’équipe Pricing Groupe, accompagnement et professionnalisation du réseau sur les pratiques en termes de pricing. Vous vous assurez de la correcte application de la pricing policy et proposez / animez des plans d’actions en lien avec l’équipe Zone.

Pilotage/gouvernance

·        Enfin, préparation et analyse des éléments financiers et participation aux revues d’activité Zone (Business reviews).


De formation BAC + 5 en gestion/finance, école de commerce…, vous justifiez d’une expérience professionnelle de 5 ans minimum sur des fonctions en gestion/finances et maîtrisez parfaitement EXCEL.

Vous êtes reconnu pour votre orientation résultats et vos capacités d’analyse et de résolution de problèmes. Force de propositions, agile au quotidien, vous possédez également un bon sens de l’organisation et de la planification.

Ouvert et communicant, vous appréciez le travail en équipe et êtes habitué à travailler dans le respect des délais et au travers d’un rythme soutenu.
