Dans le cadre d'un CDD de 4 à 6 mois, nous recherchons un Chef de projet paie H/F.

Vos missions : 

Accompagner et mettre en œuvre des projets paie (SIRH, intégration de nouvelles sociétés, NAO etc.) en lien avec le métier et la DSI.

Être force de proposition dans l’analyse et les préconisations de mise en œuvre en respectant les process et outils existants.

Etre en charge de l’analyse et l’expression des besoins, l’organisation les recettes, la formation et la transmission d'informations auprès des équipes.

Garantir la fiabilité des données et des projets menés tout en ajustant les processus touchant à la paie.

Anticiper les enjeux du projet et alerter de manière proactive

Appuyer et conseiller les équipes paies et les opérationnels dans le cadre de leurs décisions en matière de paie.


De formation Bac + 3 minimum en paie, vous êtes un excellent technicien et souhaitez découvrir la gestion de projet. La maitrise de Teams RH de Cegedim est un impératif. 

Vous maitrisez les sujets relatifs à la paie dans différentes conventions collectives (travail temporaire, syntec, formation, prestation de services). Vous comprenez, les enjeux relatifs aux accords d’entreprise signés ou en cours de signature. Vous veillez aux nouveautés en matière de réglementation paie qui auraient un impact sur les projets confiés.
