Nous recherchons au sein de la Direction RH, un.e alternant.e pour travailler en binôme avec le RRH de la Direction Financière.
En tant qu’interlocuteur RH clé sur l’ensemble des sujets opérationnels des équipes Finance, vous analysez et répondez aux besoins des managers et des collaborateurs dans les différents domaines RH de l’intégration jusqu’au départ du collaborateur.
Plus précisément, vos missions seront les suivantes :
Paie / ADP
- Collecter et/ou rédiger et transmettre au service ADP les éléments administratifs nécessaires à la gestion du contrat de travail
- S'assurer de l'application des règles et consignes RH : process d'embauche et de départ, suivi quantitatif et qualitatif des intégrations, respect des obligations légales
Gestion des carrières et des compétences
- Gérer l’intégration des nouveaux arrivants, et accompagner les collaborateurs en instance de départ
- Animer et garantir l’appropriation des outils et de la politique de gestion des carrières et des compétences et s'assurer du suivi des actions (entretien annuel, comités carrières, talents, actions de fidélisation, formations, mobilité, plans de succession…)
- Coordonner et suivre les demandes et la mise en œuvre des mobilités géographiques et fonctionnelles
Recrutement
- Accompagner les opérationnels dans le process de recrutement : suivi des candidatures, entretien RH avec les candidats, calibration des propositions d’embauche et étude d'éléments de rémunération avec le service rémunération
- Gérer en toute autonomie le recrutement des stagiaires et des alternants
Communication / Information
- Assurer la diffusion et la promotion des informations RH aux équipes
- Être force de proposition pour mettre en avant la politique RH auprès des équipes avec tous les outils à notre disposition
