Présentation de la direction, de l’environnement, du contexte et de l’équipe :

Au sein de la direction de la Communication Direction de la Communication Interne, Vous participez à la conception et à la mise en œuvre de la stratégie de communication du Groupe. Vous menez des actions de communication interne pour le compte des Directions Supports et des GBUS et BUs du Groupe (Adecco, LHH, Akkodis, Humando …) et des Directions supports du Groupe dans le respect des procédures.

En tant que Chargé de Communication H/F, vous aurez pour principales missions :

Communication/Information :

-        Analyser, anticiper les besoins et les demandes de ses interlocuteurs en matière de communication.

-        Participer à la conception et à la mise en œuvre de la stratégie de communication tout en conseillant ses interlocuteurs sur le choix des supports et des canaux de communication

-        Rédiger le contenu en s’assurant que le ton est aligné avec celui du Groupe.

-        Concevoir, préparer et diffuser les produits et/ou supports de communication ainsi que les communications (articles, posts, emailings…) avec l’appui du Studio de création et de l’équipe ADICT et employee Advocacy. 

-        Organiser des évènementiels digitaux et/ou présentiels.

-        Accompagner les dirigeants de ses périmètres dans leur communication interne.

Gestion de projets et relations avec nos prestataires :

-        S’assurer de la communication et de la bonne circulation des informations avec les acteurs et prescripteurs du projet, informer sur son état d'avancement et s’assurer de la visibilité des actions de communication.

-        Etablir et/ou coordonner les différentes phases d'un projet jusqu'au déploiement et sa mise en œuvre opérationnelle, savoir alerter en cas de difficulté, anticiper les retards éventuels.

-        Challenger les prestataires et valider leurs recommandations.

-        Suivre le/les budget(s) et alerter en cas de dérive.

Reporting et veille :

-        Participer aux actions de reporting régulières et spécifiques selon les besoins.

-        Rendre compte de son activité et de ses résultats.

-        Effectuer une veille digitale régulière pour se tenir informé des évolutions et nouveautés en matière de Communication interne.


Niveau d’études :  Bac +4/5

Maitrise d’une langue requise : Anglais

Maitrise d’outils informatique : Pack Office

Expérience souhaitée : Première expérience significative en communication.
