Aufgrund des starken und stetigen Wachstums suchen wir für unser humorvolles Beratungsteam, ambitioniertePersonalverrechner:innen (m/w/d).
Deine Aufgaben:- Die monatliche Gehalts- und Lohnverrechnung unserer überlassenen Mitarbeiter:nnen. Aufgrund der vielfallt an Branchen, in denen unsere Mitarbeiter:innen beschäftigt sind, erhältst Du ein sehr umfangreiches Wissen über das österreichische Kollektivvertragswesen.
- Beurteilung sozialversicherungsrechtlicher & lohnsteuerlicher Sachverhalte im Rahmen der laufenden Gehaltsabrechnungen.
- Payrollrelevanter On- und Off Boarding Prozess (An- und Abmeldungen, mBGM, Änderungsmeldungen, Berechnung UEL usw.)
- Kompetente Anlaufstelle für unsere Consultants hinsichtlich arbeitsrechtlichen und payroll relevanten Fragestellungen. Ansprechperson für Behörden und Ämtern (ÖGK, AMS, FA etc.).
- Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung
- Einschlägige Berufserfahrung sowie eine Ausbildung in der Personalverrechnung sind Must Haves (z.B KSW, WIFI, BFI Zertifikat).
- Gute MS Office Kenntnisse und ein sicherer Umgang mit EXCEL.
- Trotz umfangreicher Auftragslage schaffst Du es den Überblick zu behalten und zu priorisieren. Du weißt welche Aufgaben mehr Zeit in Anspruch nehmen und planst Deinen Tagesablauf entsprechend.
- Für diese Position ist ein Grundgehalt von € 3.000,00 / Monat vorgesehen. Eine deutliche Überzahlung ist nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung möglich.
