The Senior Program Consultant acts as a reliable partner to the client, guiding them through the end-to-end requisition process; this partnership includes reviewing current business challenge and needs, consulting on available positions and job descriptions to ensure accurate scope, and delivering valuable market intelligence to advise both the client and suppliers on available candidate population and competitive compensation. What you’ll be doing- Establishing, fostering and maintaining positive working relationships with Pontoon MSP suppliers through regular phone and in-person contact.
- Providing consultative help to end users to clarify job tasks, skills and other requirements of specific requisitions, ensuring optimum efficiency through validating the scope of each requisition
- Sourcing market intelligence from vendor partners, consolidates information, identifies trends and consults with hiring managers on insights gained and impacts to hiring strategy
- Reviewing and manages candidate submittals from suppliers to ensure the best qualified candidates are submitted for end user review and placement.
- Overseeing all stages of requisition activity through the use of VMS technology, ensuring optimum, cost-effective, timely, and high-quality results. Provides adequate oversight, training and management to ensure end user community and supplier partnerships reach potential.
- Assisting Program Manager and Supplier Manager to facilitate program Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) training and updates to supplier community on a regular basis to ensure comprehension and compliance.
About you

- Completion of education equivalent to a US High School Diploma. Completion of post-secondary education in a related field or 2 years of equivalent related work experience desired, but not required.
- Effective decision making and enjoys participating in strategic discussions
- Proven track record of customer success, increased responsibilities and positive working relationships with colleagues and management
- Works freely and with minimal supervision and is able to establish and maintain a proactive, positive working relationship with client end users through regular phone and in-person contact.
- Able to communicate effectively and clearly in writing and orally, both in one-on-one and in group presentation situations.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

The anticipated salary range for this position is between $ 48,000 and $ 73,000. Salary may be determined based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. This position participates in Pontoon’s incentive program which also includes bonus eligibility.
Benefit offerings for full-time employment include medical, dental, vision, term life and AD&D insurance, short-term and long-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits, wellness plans, and a 401k plan or a non-qualified deferred compensation plan. Available paid leave includes Personal Time Off (PTO) on an accrual basis up to 152 hours a year, 10 Paid Holidays, 1 Community Service Day, and up to 6 weeks of Paid Parental Leave. PTO and holiday hours are prorated based on hire date within the calendar year.
