LHH RPO - IT Procurement & Vendor Management Partner - Remote - United States
Apply for RoleThe IT Procurement & Vendor Management Partner is responsible for sourcing, onboarding, contracting, and managing third-party technology vendors that support LHH RPO’s operational and client delivery needs. This role ensures that all technology engagements follow the correct procurement, legal, security, and compliance processes, and maintains ongoing vendor governance once solutions are deployed.
The role acts as a primary liaison between internal stakeholders, Adecco Global Procurement, Adecco Digital, technology vendors, and security/compliance functions to ensure business value, cost control and risk management.
What you’ll be doingInternal Business Partnerships
- Support tech-specific inquiries from LHH RPO’s Delivery, Bids, and OPEX teams, including tool capability, cost, procurement routes, and vendor demos.
- Work closely with Adecco Global Procurement to ensure all technology engagements align to approved procurement pathways and MSAs.
- Partner with Adecco Digital, Security, Data Privacy, and Legal teams to coordinate onboarding, integration approvals, and compliance checks.
- Provide visibility into vendor contracts, renewals, terms, risk posture, and integration impacts for internal stakeholders.
- Advise solution design teams on vendor cost structures, pricing models, and contractual considerations to ensure accuracy in bid responses.
- Provide training to internal teams on procurement workflows, renewal processes, and vendor governance standards.
External Business Partnerships
- Engage with technology vendors to understand capabilities, integration requirements, pricing models, and service delivery expectations.
- Craft and negotiate Statements of Work (SOWs) under guidance of Adecco Global Procurement, often under short timelines, requiring strong project management discipline.
- Capture vendor value propositions, pricing assumptions, and commercial terms to ensure accurate reflection in Pontoon’s solution design tools and financial models.
- Ensure all vendors meet Adecco IT Security, Data Privacy, and compliance standards prior to contract execution or deployment.
- Coordinate vendor demos, commercial reviews, and renewal assessments with internal stakeholders.
Procurement, Governance & Lifecycle Management
- Design and implement a structured vendor governance framework aligned to LHH RPO’s partnership models, including QBRs and performance scorecards.
- Maintain a structured vendor intake process for new technology requests.
- Monitor vendor performance, cost utilization, SLA adherence, and roadmap alignment to ensure ongoing business value.
- Own the vendor onboarding process including intake, due diligence, MSA execution, SOW negotiation, risk assessment, and procurement approvals.
- Maintain contract libraries including MSAs, SOWs, amendments, pricing schedules, and security assessments.
- Track renewal dates, negotiate renewals, evaluate market alternatives, and identify opportunities to rationalize or consolidate tools.
- Maintain a library of approved technologies available for deployment across customers, delivery teams, and programs.
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure adherence to global data privacy, IT security, and vendor risk management frameworks.
- Maintain vendor audit readiness and documentation for internal/external security reviews.
- Support resolution of escalations related to contracts, SLAs, or compliance issues
- Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, supply chain, or related field.
- Prefer: experience in IT procurement, technology sourcing, vendor management, or IT contract negotiations.
- Prefer: experience with HRTech, ATS, CRM, or comparable talent acquisition technologies.
- Prefer: experience coordinating security, privacy, or compliance reviews for technology vendors.
- Prefer: client-facing or cross-functional experience in sales, tech implementation, or IT operations.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Skilled in communicating effectively verbally and in writing.
- Ability to establish and maintain strong vendor and stakeholder relationships.
- Strong project management and multitasking skills across parallel procurement cycles.
- Ability to understand and explain pricing models, licensing structures, and contractual terms.
- Ability to prioritize work assignments and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to identify/assess complex operational needs and map appropriate vendor solutions.
- Ability to influence stakeholders across technical, commercial, and leadership levels.
- Knowledge of procurement processes, RFP/RFI cycles, contract management, and SOW creation.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity requirements, data privacy assessments, or IT security due diligence.
- Familiarity with Bots, digital interviewing, assessments, and programmatic advertising tools (beneficial for existing stack understanding).
- Familiarity with outsourcing or workforce solutions industry (preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $66,389 - $99,583. Compensation varies based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, experience, education, key skills, and geographic location.
Benefit offerings for full-time employment include medical, dental, vision, term life and AD&D insurance, short-term and long-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits, wellness plans, and a 401k plan or a non-qualified deferred compensation plan. Available paid leave includes Personal Time Off (PTO) on an accrual basis up to 152 hours a year, 10 Paid Holidays, 1 Community Service Day, and up to 6 weeks of Paid Parental Leave. PTO and holiday hours are prorated based on hire date within the calendar year.
