About the role

JOB SUMMARY:

Using various methods, develops, implements and monitors strategies for client retention and service delivery ensuring that the needs of a designated OMS account are fulfilled and that client expectations are exceeded. Supervises OMS staff and provides coaching as needed.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. Implements and maintains all new and established operational procedures that affect client service delivery to ensure the account is operationally compliant and utilizing Adecco’s technology to its full capacity.
2. Distributes, collects and analyses client and candidate satisfaction surveys, follows up on poor results and implements processes for improvement.
3. In conjunction with the manager, develops and implements recruitment strategies by analyzing current market trends to ensure the needs of the client are met.
4. Together the manager, establishes a retention strategy to ensure the client retention goals of the account are met.
5. Provides high levels of customer service to the client and acts as the main escalation point for client issues and problem resolution.
6. Identifies new business opportunities within the account through needs analysis and continuous client contact.
7. Assists with conducting the quarterly business reviews for the account.
8. In conjunction with the manager, supervises and directs the work activities of the partnership staff, coaching, developing and providing feedback when required.
9. Ensures measures are in place to support the DSO goals of the account.
10. Fills and services specific client orders as required based on the needs of the account.
11. Performs other duties and participates in special projects as assigned.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
  • Minimum three (3) years’ experience or equivalent combination of education and experience within a recruitment, client services, or operational role.
  • Supervisory/management experience an asset, preferably in a service-oriented environment.
  • Completion of post-secondary education in a related field or years of equivalent experience demonstrating progressive responsibility.
  • Working knowledge of labour and employment laws.
  • Experience/knowledge of general Human Resources practices is an asset.
  • Proficient in PC software packages such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and e-mail applications.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, along with an ability to influence and motivate others.
  • Possesses superior organizational skills. Is able to effectively manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines consistently. Disciplined in timely follow up with prospects and clients.
  • Proactive and able to solve problems effectively and rapidly using excellent analytical skills.
  • Proven consistently high levels of customer service performance, with an ability to build strong client and candidate relationships and identify opportunities for new business.
  • Strong planning, research and project management skills.
  • Displays a willingness to cooperate as part of a team, assisting others when required.

Salary & Additional Information

*This position is for an existing vacancy.

* The posted range (Base Salary) for this position is between $55,000-$65,000 per annum.
