Aujourd’hui nous recrutons un Attaché Commercial H/F en CDI pour notre agence de STRASBOURG (67)
Vos missions ?
- Vous contribuez à la prospection commerciale sur votre secteur géographique et négociez l'offre, les conditions commerciales et les services additionnels avec les clients et prospects.
- Vous représentez l'entreprise en externe et participez à l'organisation d'évènements clients et actions commerciales.
- Vous veillez le marché de l'emploi et la concurrence sur votre secteur.
- Vous proposez des candidats aux clients et prospects
- Vous communiquez à l’équipe et à la direction commerciale les informations sur le marché, les opportunités commerciales et les spécificités de chaque prospect/client.
- Vous constituez les dossiers clients et les mettez à jour dans la base de données. Vous vous assurez de la solvabilité des clients et prospects.
Votre profil ?
Vous avez le goût de la conquête commerciale et une expérience réussie dans ce domaine avec une forte appétence pour les ressources humaines, le développement des compétences et l’innovation sociale.
Vous aimez être sur le terrain et avez une vraie aisance relationnelle. Vos qualités d’organisation et votre ténacité vous seront utiles au quotidien.
Rémunération et avantages :
Rémunération : Selon profil, salaire fixe de 27.3 à 31.2K€ sur 13 mois + 20% de rémunération variable sur objectifs individuels et collectifs.
Vos avantages : 12RTT, carte tickets restaurants, charte télétravail, mutuelle, PEE, PERCO, CSE.
Vos moyens professionnels : Ordinateur portable, smartphone, véhicule de fonction 5 places et carte essence professionnelle
