Jij helpt organisaties in de regio Den Haag – met name grote (logistieke) bedrijven – aan het juiste talent. Hierin krijg je veel vrijheid om je werk op jouw manier te doen.
Wat ga je doen?- Je bouwt actief aan een netwerk van klanten en prospects in Den Haag en omgeving
- Je voert commerciële en strategische gesprekken met prospects
- Je schrijft aantrekkelijke, SEO proof, vacatureteksten en volgt kandidaten leads op
- Je zoekt kandidaten via onze AI-gedreven recruitment tools, jobboards en interne databases
- Je begeleidt kandidaten vanaf de intake en onboarding, en in hun loopbaan
- Je werkt samen met National Sales en Bidmanagement bij grote accounts en aanbestedingen
- Bruto maandsalaris tussen € 2.695,- en € 3.236,- o.b.v. 40 uur
- 8% vakantietoeslag
- 25,5 vakantiedagen
- Jij kiest: 13 ADV-dagen (extra vrije dagen) of 5% extra salaris (in jaar 1 altijd uitbetaald)
- Goede pensioenregeling met lage eigen bijdrage

- Volop doorgroeimogelijkheden richting senior consultant, sales of HR-specialisatie
Je werkt als recruitment consultant in Den Haag, de politieke hoofdstad van Nederland. Je team bestaat uit vier collega’s: jong van geest, met jarenlange ervaring samen. Door de focus op grotere (logistieke) bedrijven leer je snel en werk je aan impactvolle trajecten. Samenwerking, vertrouwen en ontwikkeling staan centraal.
