The Adecco Group invites finance professionals to join us as Senior Finance Analyst (APAC) based in Singapore to join our Finance – Business Intelligence & Strategic Planning team.

Mission

As a member of the APAC Regional Leadership team and the APAC Finance team, you will help shape and drive regional strategy while executing the team’s Performance, Transformation and Innovation initiatives. This is a highly collaborative role which involves close partnership with various countries, brands, and business lines across the region. You will establish an effective and efficient financial oversight and internal control framework to ensure the delivery of APAC financial and operational performance objectives in line with the developed strategy. Through robust financial analysis, you will provide support to the Regional CEO and CFO, Country Managers, and Global HQ teams in making financial decisions.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Management Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and maintain reporting templates for monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews. Deliver timely and accurate performance updates, including competitor benchmarking and market intelligence. Automate and streamline recurring reports using tools such as PowerQuery, Excel macros, and Power BI.
  • Commercial Finance Support: Assist in regional deal management by reviewing submissions, validating financial inputs, and tracking deal progress. Provide ad hoc financial analysis to support pricing decisions and margin optimization.
  • Business Partnering: Collaborate with regional sales and country finance teams to support performance reviews and bid activities. Act as a trusted partner by delivering actionable insights and fostering transparent communication.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance reporting processes and drive automation to improve efficiency. Leverage digital tools and analytics to improve data accuracy and timeliness.
  • Financial Modelling & Decision Support: Develop financial models and provide valuable analytical insights to facilitate strategic decision making.
  • Regional Initiatives: Support and drive initiatives across the region.
  • Manage and support Ad-hoc requests
  • The role requires deep attention to details while maintaining a broad, holistic perspective and providing clear direction.

Work Experience

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in finance, covering controlling and FP&A
  • Experience in FMCG and retail industry is plus
  • Experience in a regional or global role with multi-country exposure
  • Knowledge and experience in US GAAP
  • Experience working in a complex environment involving multiple brands, service lines, and global functions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with PowerQuery, Power BI, or similar data analytics tools is a plus.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
