• Missão: Atuar como ponte entre o time comercial, áreas internas da empresa e o cliente,
garantindo a organização, checagem e input de dados essenciais para o correto faturamento
dos serviços vendidos. Ter postura consultiva e empática no contato com clientes, mantendo a
fluidez das informações sem comprometer o relacionamento.

• Modelo de trabalho: Híbrido, 1-2x por semana presencial.

Descritivo Analista Financeiro(a) Júnior (Pré-Faturamento)
• Principais responsabilidades
o Manter uma “lista viva” de vendas realizadas e garantir que todos os serviços vendidos
sejam corretamente preparados para faturamento;
o Acessar e utilizar diferentes sistemas (Orbit, TOTVS, entre outros) para levantamento e
cruzamento de dados;
o Consolidar dados de contratos (CNPJ, valores, responsável pelo recebimento, tipo de
serviço etc.) e realizar o input para a geração da nota fiscal;
o Fazer interface com os setores de RH e Compras das empresas contratantes para
garantir o fluxo correto de informações;
o Acompanhar o status dos serviços a faturar e manter o banco de dados atualizado
o Realizar follow-up com áreas internas e com os clientes de forma objetiva e cordial
o Apoiar rotinas da área financeira, como: cadastro de fornecedores e clientes, apoio na
emissão de pedidos de compra e backup do processo de faturamento
• Competências Técnicas
o Domínio ou familiaridade com sistemas como Orbit e TOTVS (Protheus ou Microsiga);
o Conhecimento de Excel;
o Noções de processos de faturamento e fluxo de informações entre áreas.
• Competências Comportamentais
o Organização: manter controle de tarefas recorrentes e alto volume de e-mails;
o Comunicação clara, simpática e assertiva, com habilidade para cobrar informações de
forma gentil;
o Pró-atividade e senso de responsabilidade para garantir os prazos do ciclo de
faturamento;
o Atenção a detalhes para garantir a qualidade e precisão dos dados;
o Colaboração com diferentes áreas e perfis, mantendo o bom relacionamento.
