Assistent Fuhrpark (m/w/d) in Münster
Die Position soll in Vollzeit und unbefristet besetzt werden.
Deine Aufgaben- Du übernimmst die Koordinierung der Fahrzeugdisposition, -Logistik und Abrechnungen
- Rechnungsprüfung sowie Vorkontierung.
- Koordination der Tankkartenverwaltung
- Erstellung von KFZ-Überlassungsverträgen eingeschlossen der Berechnungen des geldwerten Vorteils
- Du erstellst, führst und pflegst KFZ-Akten digital und übernimmst die dazugehörigen KFZ-Versicherungsüberprüfungen
- Verwaltung des Schadensmanagements und Überprüfung der dazugehörigen Werkstattrechnungen
- Du bist Ansprechpartner für alle Fragen rund um das Thema Fuhrpark
- Du besitzt die Fahrerlaubnis für die Führerschein Klasse B
- Idealerweise hast Du abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Kenntnisse im Bereich Fuhrpark / KFZ sind von Vorteil, aber kein Muss
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office Anwendungen, insbesondere Excel
- Du verfügst über eine teamorientierte, kommunikationsstarke und belastbare Persönlichkeit
- Du bist verantwortungsbewusst, sehr zuverlässige sowie dienstleistungsorientiert
