About the role

Mission:

As the TSC Engagement Lead, you will be responsible for orchestrating the successful delivery, scaling, and adoption of strategic AI and digital transformation initiatives across global markets. This role blends program management excellence with stakeholder engagement, ensuring alignment between business needs and global ITD strategy. You will drive value realization through effective governance, communication, and execution.

This role involves extensive collaboration with both Business (Global Business Units and/or Enabling Functions and/or Markets) and ITD, as well as establishing strong collaborations, driving execution and facilitating effective communication across the organization

Accountabilities:

  • Orchestrate the needs of various markets with global priorities to ensure alignment in the roadmap and enable timely execution.
  • Surface and identify innovation opportunities/use cases that require further exploration and handover to the Incubation team.
  • Collaborate with country stakeholders and ITD representatives to drive business and digital AI transformation.
  • Manage and prioritize business requests and needs, addressing them to the appropriate channels.
  • Collaborate with the country and program leads to boost adoption and scaling of AI strategic initiatives across different markets.
  • Measure, track and communicate program progress, ensuring transparent reporting
  • Communicate effectively within the organization, to both Business and ITD
  • Handle Steering Committee Governance and Operations and ensure timely decision-making
  • Address issues promptly and escalate critical matters to the Sponsor or Steering Committee when needed
  • Ensure program artifacts and documentation comply with the Project Management Methodology (PMM)
  • Maintain high-quality standards throughout the program lifecycle
What you’ll be doing
  • Program Delivery & Governance

- Ensure alignment with global ITD strategy and maintain high-quality standards throughout the program lifecycle.

- Manage program governance, including Steering Committee operations, reporting, and decision-making processes.

- Track and communicate program progress, risks, and issues transparently to stakeholders.

  • Stakeholder Engagement & Transformation Leadership

- Act as the primary liaison between global ITD, business units, and market stakeholders.

- Drive adoption and scaling of AI and digital initiatives across markets by aligning local needs with global priorities.

- Identify and surface innovation opportunities and use cases for further exploration.

- Manage and prioritize business requests, ensuring they are addressed through appropriate channels.

  • Strategic Alignment & Execution

- Collaborate with ITD teams, business leaders, and external partners to ensure strategic and execution alignment.

- Foster collaboration across distributed and multicultural teams to drive continuous improvement.

About you
  • 8+ years of experience in complex program delivery, digital transformation, or AI-driven initiatives in multinational environments.
  • Proven track record in managing cross-functional, distributed teams and delivering value in high-stakes programs.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies, AI and data integration, and enterprise IT ecosystems.
  • Experience in stakeholder management across business, innovation, and technology domains.
  • Proven track record of motivating teams, instilling accountability for value delivery
  • Proven capability of managing multiple priorities effectively and performing under tight deadlines
  • Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization (including executive management) on issues of strategy, risk, process, and ongoing operations
  • Experience successfully working with distributed teams as the delivery teams are fully remote
  • Major experience gained in both multinational and multi-cultural environments would be an added benefit

Education:

  • University level Education (MSc, MEng); Engineering or a master’s in computer science or related field.
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English, other languages is a plus (French, Spanish, German…)
