We are recruiting for an IT Project Manager to support colleagues from across the Adecco Group!

This is a 12 month fixed-term contract and will be fully remote role. There will be a requirement for regular travel to different office locations around the country.
This isn’t just another project management job. It’s a chance to work on high-impact IT & Digital initiatives that shape the future of our business. You’ll work with cross-functional teams, senior stakeholders, and external partners to deliver innovative solutions, on time, on scope, and on budget.
What you’ll be doingYour responsibilities will include:
- Plan, structure, and manage IT & Digital projects from initiation to closure.
- Ensure timely delivery of quality solutions that meet business requirements.
- Lead internal and external project teams, ensuring alignment and accountability.
- Manage project risks, issues, scope changes, and vendor relationships.
- Report to project steering boards and ensure compliance with PMO standards.
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes.
We’re seeking someone who has:
- Experience in IT project management, ideally in a cross-cultural environment.
- Strong communication, and stakeholder management
- Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships.
- Experience with project accounting, financial control, and benefit realisation.
- Familiarity with PMI/Prince2methodologies and ITIL service management is a plus.

Interview Process
Our interview process will be in two stages. Stage one will include a virtual interview, involving competency-based questions and a chance to meet members of the current team. Stage two will also be a virtual interview with the hiring manager.
